Also in the Village Center is a library/internet room, bistro, full state of the art fitness center with personal training & fitness classes available, restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, tiki hut poolside dining, tennis courts, basketball, toddler pool, business center, arts and crafts room, English pub, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and a plush movie theater. This is all located just a two and a half minute walk from your vacation townhome getaway.
Enjoy a drink around the pool, go to the pub for a game of pool, a drink, a snack or a meal. Special events are held in the bistro, Enjoy a movie at the theater!!! Want to make reservations for dinner? Call our Concierge. The library has 6 computers for your convenience, a fax, a printer and copy machine. You may take a book to read by the pool or sit in one of the leather chairs and just relax. There is a private area just for the kiddies to play.
If your bag is golf, there are two-championship golf courses on site - the Flamingo Island Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; these are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. You can 'pay as you play.' The clubhouse has a well-supplied pro shop and locker rooms. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course. Dozens more outstanding golf courses are nearby.
Relax in this Casita professionally furnished and completely equipped to satisfy your every need during your stay. With 1700 Square feet and with gorgeous views, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master suite is large and has a large garden tub along with a roomy walk-in shower. Watch a show on cable TV or a DVD on a 40 inch large high definition TV in the living room. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed in one and two twins in the other. The kitchen is spacious with beautiful granite counters, plenty of cabinet space and a separate dining area. It is fully equipped for any cooking project. The fine furnishings in this home will make you feel like you are at a luxury resort. There is a two-car garage for your parking needs. The entire neighborhood is walker & bike friendly. Just a 1/2 mile walk to the local shopping center.
Naples Beach and Pier is a 15 minute car ride. The Isle of Capri is 5 minutes away. Marco Island and its beaches are 10 minutes away. This area offers a lot including the Everglades National Park, Sugden Theater, the Philharmonic and so much more. Fort Myers international airport is 30 miles away and the Miami Airport 100 miles.
This is the perfect getaway for families or couples! Ole is the most popular new community in Naples. The waterfall pool is breathtaking!!! better than what you would find at any top hotel. We have your home professionally cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Once you experience Ole, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in Naples. Book early and look forward to a very special vacation.
Tenants will pay $100.00 HOA Application fee to the Ole' community for use of the amenities. A refundable $1000.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The reservation deposit will transfer to the security deposit during the rental period and will be refundable at the end of the executed agreement period, if there are no damages. Cleaning fee is $150. this will be professionally handled by the property owner.
