Standard budget friendly hotel close to Fleet Street, Gaylord Resort and National Harbor waterfront (with ferry service to DC Wharf & Georgetown). Parking garage next door to hotel.

Very close to the Gaylord convention center and the Waterfront area with many restaurants. Parking is a bit pricey at $24/night. No fridge in the room. Breakfast was good.

My stay was beautiful and the view was amazing. I don’t like that they don’t cover your parking or the garage is not attached to the hotel. But other than that it was beautiful

The bad: We stayed on a smoke free floor but all you could smell from the time you get off the elevator is weed. Walls are not insulated and people on our floor at 1am yelling and laughing woke us up. The good: Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is a GREAT location if you are attending an event at the Gaylord, as I was. Literally across the street so that was a huge plus. The staff was top-notch is customer service - impressed multiple times by multiple people! My only issue was the two small wastebaskets in my room, which became a problem when my room wasn’t cleaned one day for some reason - had to call and have them emptied (which they did!) but just was odd. With that being said, would absolutely stay again!

Check in was great! The room was adequate. Only problem was that when asked for bedding for the sleeper sofa, we received minimal bedding, and were told they only had 1 pillow. Breakfast was good! Pool looked cloudy and not inviting. The gentleman at check in was exceptional!!!

I chose to stay at this hotel because it is the cheaper choice to attend the event held at the Gaylord Convention Center right across the street. So, it is very convenient, wallet-friendly. Unfortunately, this hotel is very cheaply built and not well maintained. Wall is so thin. Elevators were making strange noise that makes me feel anxious.

The only way to get room service, you have to call down. Housekeeping doesn’t come around to see if you need towels or anything. They are doing the bare minimum
