We lot the city, but the hotel is a two star hotel

All the employee are very friendly and they try to give you the best customer service. It is not a five star pousada but I felt very comfortable in that place.

The pool area was good, but the room was not clean and it was a lot of ants in the room all over. The breakfast area was not clean. The tables, the plates, the coffee cups were all dirty. The location of the hotel was very good, walking distance to the «Old town», restaurants etc. But the rooms nerds a upgrade and they need to make the areas more clean!

Great pousada in the center of Paraty, simple. But if you are going to spend most of time outside, this pousada is great.

The pousada is well located, free WiFi, breakfast and parking. However, the bathroom needs a revamp. I'd definitely stay there again.

This hotel is close to the bus station and to the historic center, and the air conditioner worked very well. But overall it was very unpleasant: the room was tiny with an even tinier window, there was one (very dim) light, and the furniture was very old. The hotel looks much nicer from the outside than it is inside. I thought it was wildly overpriced.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, paying one night as a deposit. Upon arrival, the hotel demanded payment for both nights. As my Portuguese was as bad as the receptionist's English, and I had no proof I had paid ready to hand, I was forced to pay up. The roof itself had a lot of mold on the ceiling and the wifi was only available at the lobby - it's range must be about 20 yards max. The pool was fine and the location central.
