The hotel is easy to find and located near S-Bahn, tram, and bus stations. The staff is friendly as well as helpful. I would say the hotel facility is what you would expect at this price point: not fancy or luxurious.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! some of the reviews were not great, and next to train station. i stayed for 4 nts and went to the circus. i did not go near the train station at night but went the other direction and it was fine even walking or riding a bike at night. the hotel itself is nice with a nice bar in the lobby. there were people downstairs at night enjoying cocktails. there is a coffee shop and a grocery store across the street which were very convenient. a great place to stay outside of town and very convenient to where the circus was performing

Good location, room carpet was dirty. The dinner buffet was of very poor quality and the service in the restaurant is non existent. Stayed in multiple Leonardo hotels before but this location hurts the brand. Management needs to work to improve multiple areas. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was so clean and big. Also, the staffs were very kind. I was satisfied with the room and the service. The hotel was close to Zwinger castle so I enjoyed my trip in Dresden thanks to the hotel.

The location was good. View was my favourite part of the stay. The facility was okay. Amenities were not provided- I guess because of Covid. It would been better to have a thicker duvet. The carpark was 12eur for overnight parking.

A poor choice of mine. Its one saving grace is that it was fairly close to the attractions. The bad was that it is close to railway lines that are loud at night, in a poor-ish area where you might not want to walk at night, and the breakfast is 14 Euros! I went to a bakery nearby and paid 5 for both breakfast and lunch. It wasn't a cheap stay either, around 60 Euros per night. Not worth 40 in my opinion. It will teach me to research more in the future. Forget this place and Dresden, move on to Prague, it's much nicer (and cheaper).

2 single beds pushed together apparently is a double bed. Overall the hotel was very clean with good size rooms. Food was faultless . The only thing that let the hotel down was the staff. Of the 5 we had dealings with, 1 was friendly and helpfull. The other 4 had all the time in the world..... for eachother and seemed put out to do thier job. Stern speaking and blunt manners. To be fair thats how i found most of the people in dresden but i would have thought people working in a hotel would have made the effort to atleast pretend they wanted to be there!!

Hotel is right next to Dresden mitte station which is 2 mins from Dresden Main station.Quiet room but light sleepers may hear the odd late night train. Modern Hotel with welcoming reception and bar area. Friendly staff, nice large room with comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities only down side no in room fridge. 15 minute walk through a park to historical areas.

Despite the claims they make there is, effectively, NO PARKING ONSITE. There are spaces for several TOUR BUSES only and FIVE spots limited to 15 minutes for cars. There is, however, a multi-storey car park run by the city next door with plenty of room.It took me three go-arounds to figure this out because of random street closures.

Room is clean and spacious. Service is good. But the location is a bit far from the city centre. Public carpark is just next door but you can find cheaper street parking nearby easily since it is not the city centre.Breakfast is not good. Only few selection available.Dont know why the same chain hotel Leonardo Heidelberg is a lot lot better than this one in Dresden.

Very comfortable hotel with good-sized room and bathroom and comfortable mattress. Adjacent to Dresden Mitte station, so easy to find, and although not in a glamorous location, it is an easy walk to the attractions of the Altstadt. Limited choices for an evening meal in the immediate vicinity, but the dinner menu in the restaurant was interesting and reasonably priced. Pleasant, efficient service.

Great location a few steps from Dresden Bahnhof Mitte. Very convenient to get the Dresde Messe. Hotel is clean and nice. Very close to downtown too. It is next to the Yenitze building. Staff was mostly very gracious and polite.

The staff here are the friendliest you will find in Dresden; perhaps in Germany. The room is very nice. The desk is a little small. The bathrooms are very innovative and comfortable. The problem is this: the Internet service here may be the worst in Germany. You have to pay 12-euros a day for a connection that they say is 256kbps but feels like a 56k modem. If you pay 18-euros a day you are told you will be able to stream content. I couldn't even play music. Finally, it is ethernet only. No wi-lan/wi-fi in the rooms. This sounds okay and wouldn't be so bad, but suddenly you realize you can't sit on the couch or in bed or anywhere with your computer. You are stuck at a tiny, uncomfortable desk. Luckily, I was at the conference center not far away that had free wi-fi. So even though I spent over $100 on an ethernet connection that couldn't even stream Pandora, I would walk to the conference center about four times a day to do real work. Everything else about this hotel is awesome; so if you don't need Internet, this is a great place at a great price. If you want to stay connected, choose another venue. P.S. They say there is wi-lan/wi-fi in the lobby. It is there, I guess, but that will cost you a separate 18-euros from the price paid in the room.
