This hotel was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and seemed like they enjoyed being there, doing their best to keep the place tidy.

Checked in and the the toilet was broken and water flooded the bathroom. The staff was extremely shorthanded and brought up towels and we had to clean up the water. No paper towel or coffee machines inthe room . The mattress was worn out and old . Next day went to the desk for coffee and was told the coffee machine was broken and no coffee! They then told us the water park would be closed for repair and would open at 4 pm!! Had purposely stayed there with my grandkids for the park!! They still charged us the park charges of 30$ a day! Park is great for kids but recommend not staying there and get a room nearby.

Very easy to walk to the pool or the other attractions from your room staff very nice and helpful all around it was a great experience for myself as well as my kids

Everything is way to expensive. You have to pay $4 for a locker to swim. You have to pay a fee of $25 to park use internet and the internet didn't even work. Ill never go back

I paid almost 300.00 for a room. A regular room for my son's birthday, I paid threw expedia. The room I got was suppose to have a tub because I have two small children., the property if I didn't book online wanted almost 400.00 for a room for ONE night.
Which Is insane you have to pay an additional 23 dollars for wristbands that they say comes with the room. If the come with the room why am I paying for them, it's INSANE to me that with those prices they dont offer complimentary breakfast. OR COFFEE. they don't even have coffee pots in the room which is weird and our room also didn't have wash cloths the toilet paper was like the stuff from Dollar tree. And hurt to use. I think for the prices there charging they need to upgrade there stuff. It was definitely a rip off.

Our room was not very good. The wallpaper was coming off, there was a hole in the wall and it was very dusty.

We had a good stay. Overall rooms and facility were clean but the whole place could use an update. One bed in our room was very uncomfortable but the other one was ok. Staff was friendly.

Our room was the right size for 3 of us, the beds were to hard and they didn't clean very well. There were gum wrappers behind the chair that was over by the window.
The tile in the bathroom floor needs some grout, you could see where it was missing. The backsplash behind the sink was not clean.

We had fun on our stay here! The park had an incident in the pool on our second day which resulted in that portion of the pool closing all day and they compensated us with access to another part of the park. My only complaint is their beds are not comfortable at all. They are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Party in the hallway kept me up half the night. I asked the guests to return to their rooms and called the front desk to complain. I was able to get to sleep after midnight

I had 4 children with me from ages 14 to 7. They loved the water slides and lazy river. We also played dodge ball on the trampoline. We had complimentary coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby. Everyone had a massage in the chairs in the jumping room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were out of shampoo and soap in the shower and someone came to our room withing 15 minutes to replace them. This was our 3 year here and we will definitely be back in the summer. We were also given a present at check in, a thank you for staying there. It was a Christmas ornament that had Metropolis 2023 on it. It's still on the tree. Thanks!!

Staff was young and seemed stressed. Beds are super hard and the framing for the bed sounded like a gong, made it hard to sleep if someone got up in the middle of the night and bumped it. A kid pooped in the pool. The pizza was good!

The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. The room was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay, although things seemed a bit unorganized there (with check in and other things). The arcade was extremely expensive per game, and don’t bother getting a mixed drink at either bar (very poorly made). All-in-all it was a good little stay-cation, with lots to do for the whole family (2 adults with a 5, 11, and 13 year old).

Rooms are dated and could use a little TLC. Pretty clean overall. It is a family hotel so a lot of tweens running the halls very late into the night(1 am) being loud slamming doors and screaming. But kind of to be expected with time of year and type of property. But a lot of activities and things to do and keep everyone busy! Staff was friendly and accomodating

A lot cleaner and less stressful than Wisconsin Dells. Big kids had a ton of fun and I didn’t feel like I was always losing kids. Perfect size.

This hotel was perfect for our group. The waterpark was good for smaller kids, 10 and under. The arcarde and trampoline park were also a big hit. Staff was friendly and responsive to any needs. My only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable. Kind of a weird foam that you sank in and got stuck in. We will definitely be back.

We thought the room would be a lot bigger for the price we paid! Room are cheaply made! I don’t think these rooms are worth $500 ! It was nice everything was in one building and we didn’t have to leave for anything once we got there!

Convienence of fun and food, disliked how much it adds up to be for a 1 night stay. We arent wealthy by any means and had fun on a budget but turned out to be about 500 after all said and done, but 2 kids and 2 adults were able to have a fun day/convenient night closer to home. If the hotel was about 100 dollars cheaper i would say perfect with the water park passes. Because more money is spent outside of the hotel stay

So disappointed , we bought the pass for the weekend at action city and spent a lot of money and over half the games were broken that were excluded . The staff was rude and miserable . Slow and refused to help . No one could find a manager nor knew how to help or fix things. We waited over 25 min for someone to help us and get no one showed up . It was terrible we spent a lot of money at this resort ans would not recommend it . So disappointed

Came here for one night. Not the cheapest. Arcade was expensive. At the end of the day no complaints though and the customer service on our trip was AMAZING!
