This La Quinta was great overall, probably the largest we have stayed. Except for an issue with an upstairs person the first night, the rest of the stay was generally good. We used this hotel has a base for going to other Hill Country attractions for 3 days.

Clean, comfortable and nice amenities. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect. Really enjoyed our stay. We were going to move on the next day but ended up staying one more day as we felt so comfortable also had a balcony overlooking the water. Nice.

La Quinta is a must stay for our visits to Marble Falls, TX the view is always lovely. I must say the bathroom was in need of a good cleaning around the toilet floor. I hadn’t experienced that before. Also there was a bit of gnats in the bathroom and room. Not too horrible to want to leave. Just an observation, I personally had never seen in these rooms.

We always stay here when we visit Marble Falls. Beautiful hotel. Recently remodeled. Obviously there is a new owner or management. The man at the front desk was a little surly at checkin and check out. The lady in the breakfast area was very nice. Our ceiling fan did not work and maintenance was unable to fix it. The new mattress are very uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfy. Tv was a little confusing and a pain to work. I really wanted to use the Netflix account I have, but was unable to cus the previous guest was not signed out and hotel was not able to sign them out. So no Netflix.

This hotel may be the best dollar for dollar value in the entire Hill Country area. Great view of the countryside; especially the sunset. Looks down at Lake Marble Falls (Colorado River). Big name hotels in area charge $300 or more- rates here are much better and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this place, everyone was wonderful. Lady that sets up breakfast is such a sweetheart, made us feel welcomed. Pool is wonderful, has a waterfall with a place to sit and watch the sunset. Pet friendly, bed was super comfortable. Ac didn’t cool room completely but the ceiling fans helped. Front desk was busy but they would tend to our requests. Will definitely be coming back.

Good stay. Horatio was great. But he needs some time off. He was at the desk morning and night, all while remaining pleasant, helpful and an entertaining personality. It was funny because he worked such a long shift he was telling the early morning people leaving to have a good night. Give that guy a raise.

My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our first stay here at Marble Falls! The view from our room was impeccable, and the outdoor pool was just what we needed on a hot day. Facilities were clean and easy to navigate on your own without feeling the need to ask staff a million questions. We didn’t end up utilizing our balcony or the complimentary breakfast, but were happy to have the options anyway. Smart TV had most streaming sites available to watch which was also great! There is much to do within reasonable walking/driving distance and the roads were similarly easy to get around. I highly recommend LaQuinta, especially if you’re a first timer!

We got a “newly refurbished” room from what they said the paint on the walls and just put arches on the wall were not fully finished. The bed is nice the sheets etc were very comfortable. The pool is small but cute. The front area with all the dirt completely kills the scenery over near the gazebo and grill; it’s ugly. Overall the view was pretty other than the half done dirt yard in the front. Customer service at the front desk was impeccable and overall service was great from the booking to the front desk.

The property sits of a huge foundation of layered stone. Have not seen this ever before. No shifting of foundation. It has a beautiful view of the River which runs thru Marble Falls.

If I didn't have my dog with me I would've rated the hotel much better. La Quinta is known as being a dog friendly chain. I have stayed at several. Upon arrival a not so friendly staff member checked me in. Asking me to read and sign the pet agreement. While I was reading the agreement she wanted me to swipe my card, but I believe in thoroughly understanding what I sign. No big deal to pick up, keep dog out of breakfast area, and pay for damage. However, there is a section saying that pets stay off furniture or $200 charge. WHY? Doesn't the pet fee they charge cover washing sheets they're going to remove after check out anyway? My dog is used to sleeping in bed and I think the fee charged for her should cover that. We can't afford the $200 so our stay wasn't as relaxing as I would've liked because I had to make sure she didn't get on the bed or kept her crated longer than necessary. I mentioned the fee was unfair and the lady chuckled at me. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and so was the breakfast and the staff member that was in charge of the breakfast was friendly and helpful.

Pros: super clean and smelled so fresh and amazing, the housekeeping did a phenomenal job, comfy beds, good breakfast, great pool, great customer service and nice views. Cons: hot tub was indoors and was very small and stinky, balconies were so closed together (no privacy), and walls were very thin. We had a child next door to us who cried all hours of the night our entire 3 day stay.

We've been here several times now. We like the pool, hot tub and balcony/view. Breakfast has good options including waffles and breakfast tacos that we made ourselves this last time (on a previous stay here, a staff member made the tacos). They were renovating but that didn't interfere with our stay.
