Run down hotel. Ice machine has been out of order for months. The beds had several human hairs inside the covers. Nobody works there after hours. The number listed doesn’t work to reach anyone. Light burned out, live cockroaches and the continental breakfast was a joke.

The place was clean. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were clean and worked properly. The location was great. We were able to walk to zion national park and food choices were close too.

The heater was loud. Tiles on the step and second floor walkway were missing. It was close to zion n p and convenient to walk to restaurants

The room was clean and cozy, and the service staff were incredibly kind. There was no breakfast as advertised, so that needs to be pulled from the website description if they do not plan on offering it going forward. Other than that, it was a great location!

Mid-leading online description 1. Not a 3 star hotel 1. Breakfast not provided before 7am and not sure if it is after. There are no employees on site from 3pm to 9am. 2. lobby was closed with “Help” phone messenger service which was not helpful at all 3. Parking/lidging felt unsecure with no employees on site over night 4. Bathtub lacking a plug 5. Orange & green fabric decors dated & patchy wall painting 6. Two cup coffee maker leaked the coffee on the counter.

Very close to a shuttle stop for Zion park, coming and going. Liked that we were able to leave our car at their sire until 6 pm on our day of leaving. Nice warm office area with hot coffee and roaring fire. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the old-fashioned pine furniture in guest rooms!

The bed was worn out. Like in the 1990s. There was a visible 3”sag. The floors were filthy. The shower mat was black with foot prints. There we dozens of small touches like the coffee maker cord being to short to plug in to the fridge open the wrong way and not All the way that made anything larger than an apple impossible to put in and then you just had to grab around to reach. But the absolute tops what the room spelling like sewage. Every time you walked in—even if you left the exhaust fan running. 10/10 could not more strongly recommend ANY WHERE else.

Older motel, rooms look nice but bedding needs upgrading (pillows lumpy). I would still be happy to stay again. Good restaurant just up the road and a short walk to shuttle bus to Park

Ice machine broke—hot tub broke- no sink stopper- fridge temp control knob missing and stuck on high freezing everything and front desk not open till 730 and same bagged breakfast all 3 days.Will not stay here again.

Nice property, spacious. Some things were not working - hot tub, ice machine, but did not hinder our stay. Appreciate the breakfast bag offered. Very convenient to Zion Park shuttle. Would stay again.

The worst $275 I’ve ever spent. Hot tub is broken, ice machine broken, the air conditioner in the room was ineffective and sounded like we had an airplane in our room. Never ever ever coming back. The front desk did move us to the ground floor after I said we have a dog and we’ve requested down Floor due to a disability. Spend the same money at the Hampton Inn and it’s quite lovely.

Helpful front desk staff. I liked grab and go breakfast. Convenient to Zion shuttle which is a must given parking inside the park is limited. Nice pool. Will definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay to explore Zion. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There were a lot of eating and shopping options close by. I would recommend staying here.

Location is great. Close to Zion and many restaurants in walking distance. Clean but a little dated. Rooms good sized and bathroom has plenty of counter space. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 you can grab a bag breakfast the night before if you plan to leave before then.

Overall, I'd give this hotel 4 stars. The place is really clean, which I appreciated. However, I did deduct one star because the free breakfast reminded me of school lunches, and the ice machine was out of order.

This older property could use some TLC. The amenities were good and there was enough staff that this place should shine. But finding three cockroaches in two days and a swarm of tiny black ants were a big turn off. It could use some fresh paint and updated A/C units.

Hot tub didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Nice location. No tub plug. No sink plug. I would not recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. They came and turned down the room each day. There was a microwave and a mini fridge that had a freezer section which was helpful. I also really appreciated the paper towels provided as well. The pool was lovely on the hot days and had a great view of mountains. The only downside to the hotel were the broken ice machine, the grab and go breakfast not being available by 7am and a lack of shade by the pool if you want to get out of the sun. Truth be told we would stay there again though. It worked well for us and we loved the location.

It seems this hotel was once a gem. However, it is now severely lacking maintenance in all areas. The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work. Ice maker has out of order sign. The few chairs around the pool were damaged. The grill area was in need of repair and neither of the grills worked. Exterior needs maintenance and lobby smells like sewage. Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. The rooms could be nice if the ants were removed. Changed hotels after one night.

Cute, rustic place located in a beautiful area. Close to shuttle, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was a sack lunch and in the evenings pool lights were off so we didn’t go in.. Rooms are enough to just get a comfortable nights sleep.

Great spot to stay at right outside of the Zion national Park entrance. Other than the parking being tight, the place was perfect for our needs. Walkable to the parks shuttle and several restaurants.

The service was very nice, free water fill up station, the front desk gave us plates and silverware for one of our meals which was very appreciated! Room was clean and had no issues with the room. Parking was awesome and will let you stay the day you check out until 6pm which is great if you’re going to the park that day.

Good property for the price. No ice machine. Breakfast is served too late for getting to the park early. Did not replenish coffee in the room everyday. Comparable to other hotels in the area, it's a bargain if you just need somewhere to sleep.

It was over 100 degrees, 91 at 8:30pm, and the air conditioner in our room didn’t work. It kept shutting off. The room was ridiculously hot and it was impossible to sleep. It was also much smaller than advertised, which was part of the selling point since we had luggage for two weeks travel for four people. The shower head barely dribbled. I wouldn’t call it working. All of the water lines were plumbed backwards, so my daughter scalded herself when she first turned it on for a “cold” shower. It wasn’t super clean. The ice machine was out of order. The pool was dirty.

The hotel was very basic. The ice maker didn’t work, the coffee was terrible, and one of our towels had a stain on it. Breakfast wasn’t provided until 7:30, and it’s recommended to be in the park by 7am. But it was close to everything and it had a pool.

Is a great place to stay, really close to the Zion national park and super close to the bus station. The service is amazing Mr Travis was so nice and hospitality. I think is great place for the price.
