We would absolutely stay here again. The property this hotel is located in is incredible. Be sure to explore the grounds and parks in the “residential” side. The pool is massive and being right on the beach is great. Food at the pool bar was excellent, pricey but that’s life. Coffee in the lobby bar was very good as well. The hotel itself shows its age but really doesn’t take away from the experience.

I loved the resort in general. Everything was clean, service was good. I loved the adult pool and the property. The shuttle made it easy. I gave it a 4 because I felt the activities such as kayaking and spa were extraordinarily expensive. And The food was too salty for my taste. I’d go back

The service in amenities were very good… The pool and beach area is super nice! And I loved that it had so many restaurants and things to do on the resort. However, most of all those things to do cost extra… And the room was already very pricey, I wish some things had just been included in the price of the hotel. The room was nice, generally clean, but the bed was a bit too firm for my taste and I feel like it needed a bit of a paint job or updates in some areas.
The biggest issue with this trip was that the software system was down when we arrived, at no fault of the employees of the hotel, but it definitely made our experience a little bit off. We had no room keys and had to get someone to open our door every time we entered. Everything had to be charged to the room number at a later date, so I am scared to see that bill when it comes in.

Bathubs need some form if stripping or slip prevention. Our son who is 25 and heslrhy slipped and fell, and I myself almost slipped myself twice. He was fine luckily, but I can totally see a situation where you will have a big problem in your hands. Otherwise everything was great.

This was a very relaxing trip for a quick getaway weekend. We didn't have to leave the hotel, but we chose to check out the Saturday market and art fair downtown. We would definitely come back and bring the kids.

Love this hotel. It was our first trip to Amelia Island and we are already planning a return trip! Hotel location is amazing, the pools and beach are just stunning. A beautiful resort. The Veranda restaurant is fabulous, the bar in the hotel is super fun. Deborah at the bar is outstanding, a true professional.

Lot of walking to another building. Trouble finding our room. Very small bathroom. Shower floor tile needed to be cleaned. Alarm went off for extended time on Monday night. TV and internet went out all night Tuesday night. Charge for room much too high for what you get! Probably will not return!

The property was under a lot of construction but it was fine. The pool area is nice and there are several restaurant options. The kids enjoyed the amenities such as min-golf, roasting marshmallows, pickleball, tennis, the playground.

Ladies at the Seaglass bar were extraordinary - just super nice and accommodating. Was in a room with an adjoining door and it was very easy to hear the TV/noise coming from there. Front desk did address it.

This is a beautiful property. The food and service was good. We did feel, however, that the hotel was maybe too big with destinations that were far away. We had to ride the "on demand" shuttle which was supposed to take 3-5 minutes but usually took 20 minutes. We had difficulty turning on the water in the shower on the last day and the blow dryer was lame. The walls were thin and we could hear a baby crying next door and people walking and talking in the hallway.

There was extensive construction going on and no notice was given of that. It was replacing the parking and driveway and roof work. It started at 5am and was right below our room. We were supposed to stay 6 nights and left after one.

Liked the location. Liked the amenities. Missed having free coffee in the lounge. Coffee in the room was scarce on supplies giving us only one coffee cup and limited creamers and sweeteners. They did however supply these things the next day after I asked. Very noisy and loud. Next door guests were playing very loud music in their room at 9 pm. An hour later there was knocking on the door and other doors by someone who was obviously lost. Doors to the rooms slammed so loudly. It felt like we were in a cheap motel. This should not happen in a place like the Omni. This is the most we've ever paid for a room and were disappointed in the low-class behavior of the guests.

Property is so beautiful. Christmas music was playing and the hotel decorated for the season.
Our room was well appointed, large and very comfortable. My husband and I had facials at the spa. Facials were top notch. We ate pizza next door afterwards for lunch. It was some of the best pizza we have had in a long time!
Spa and shopping are a shuttle away. We never had to wait long for the shuttle.
In the early evening we sat by the fireplace then played corn hole by the beautiful pool.
Room service for dinner. Food came fast and was wonderful! Boojee burger for me and creme brûlée for dessert.
We were excited about the breakfast buffet at the Sunrise Cafe. Although the food was really good the "buffet" was table side. Meaning it was a tower of food brought to the table with a custom egg order. If you're wanting a buffet with a large array of food that you serve your self (as we were), this is not it.
After breakfast, took a long walk on the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful. What a lovely vacation.

I recently had an amazing stay at the Omni Resort in Amelia Island, Florida. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the luxurious accommodations to the stunning ocean views. To say that the Omni Amelia Island has lost it's luster is a understatement. I've been staying at the property for nearly 10 years, and this past visit has been my worst ever. The staff was unresponsive to maintenance requests, and therefore I found myself in a room with subpar heating and questionable plumbing. This was hugely disappointing because the property is situated in one of the most beautiful destinations in FL. The one upside is the extremely friendly valet staff who all made time to play with my pup, and the very accommodating team at Sea Glass who mixed delicious cocktails.

When we booked the hotel it was not disclosed that the pool would be closed and everyone would be using the smaller pool. There was also loud work being done on the pool both days very early in the morning and on Saturday. This hotel is far too expensive to not let people know construction was being done and amenities were not available. Restaurant was fine, service was ok. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Hotel was a bit dated.
