It’s actually beautiful place. With a perfect view. 3 bedroom with kitchen. It is great place but the 2 small room beds are not comfortable. Though the master bedroom comfortable, It’s huge and perfect. The patio lights is not working and the maintenance tried fixing it but because ww are cooking they can’t properly work and cannot check from which breaker it was connected, So we weren’t able to use the patio at all cause it doesn’t have lights. I forgot my salad master pot, I already message the hotel, Still waiting for reply. Hopefully we can get it back still. Staff and housekeeping are very friendly and very helpful. Overall, this place is a great place to stay to. We had a wonderful time.

It is not an average hotel. It is someone’s rental. Beautiful and comfy. It had everything and more that we needed. Definitely want to stay here again.

The room is looking very dated and tired. The furniture is thread bare in spots, curtains are shredded, burn marks on the lamp shades, fireplace glass was black. Bed is older. Needs a deep clean there was lots of dust and spider webs. The room was spacious and had a great view but sadly needs some attention. Not worth the price

Booking process caused some grief and not many amenities like the delta has. For the price point you get more value from the delta. Would I stay here again? Maybe if they had a good deal.

The suite was great for your own spaces when you have children. The hotel was secure and only guests could enter. Underground parking was a little tight so recommend mid-size vehicle and under.

Very overpriced, dated, no amenities, dark room (no window in bedroom) and minimal housekeeping. Previous guests must have broken glass because we kept getting cut on our feet. We asked housekeeping to clean the floors properly but that didn’t happen. There’s no restaurant, bar or convenience shop. Very dark, dusty rooms. Definitely not worth the exorbitant rates

Before checking out because we went out to breakfast on the way back to the rain, and did not make it to check out before 11 o'clock, the customer service is very responsible, five minutes a phone call to urge us to hurry up to check out. While we understand that the hotel has cleaning duties, it's not so bad to be rushed every few minutes and run into the room to scare the kids who stayed in the room. Lastly, I checked prior to checking in to find out that there was a $28 parking fee, but the final charge on my credit card was $47.80, and I didn't receive an email with the exact fee. Originally, I was very satisfied with all the hardware facilities in my choice of your hotel, but in the end, I was not able to win my favour by the software facilities.

We were told we would only be charged for the car park $24. When I checked out after one night I was told we were being charged $46! When I asked why. They said there was a charge for services. When I asked what services as the hotel is entirely self catering, the receptionist pointed at some bicycles outside. No one had let us know these or anything else was at our disposal on arrival…surely we should have been informed of this extra charge on arrival? Now they have my credit card I have no option but to pay for some obscure services. Do please speak to the hotel and enquire how this could happen after I had prepaid. Thank you

The sofa bed in room 451 was in terrible condition, causing my husband sleepless nights throughout our stay. The mattress springs were exposed, it squeaked with every movement, and the mattress itself was soggy. This is a 1-star experience! Additionally, we paid for parking for all four nights, but one evening there was no parking available. The hotel offered a one-day parking refund and referred us to Delta at 10 PM. Eventually, they allowed us to park overnight in the loading spot due to our early checkout the next morning. All the bathrobes we received were very old, some even had holes! There were also no towels in the pool area. The hotel is way too pricey for what they offer.

This hotel located next to famous Delta Kelowna (now is Marriott. Location is great, room is spacious and lake view. Parking is $25 per day with remote control easy in and out. Charming roof top pools. However, bed sheets is not fresh clean and even not be ironed. Bed sheets looks like dry by home dryer with many wrinkles . Quite not fit to 5 star hotel standard. I think I will choose to stay at next door Marriott hotel next time.

Loved the rooftop hot tub and pool, though it could be crowded and obnoxious with bachelor/bachelorette parties. The location is perfect for walking downtown and close to tons of restaurants and pubs. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Would love to stay again - just wish it was a little more affordable.

We had issues with noise during our stay. The hotel policy is for quiet time between 10 PM and 7 AM. However, when there is an over abundance of noise, the hotel is reluctant to actually get involved. Makes it very difficult to be able to find a good chunk of time to actually be able to sleep. I feel this Hotel is better aimed at young people who would like to party all night than actual couples and families.
