Everything at the Principe Hotel in Modena was nice, clean and the personnel service was exceptional. They were always very serviceable and willing to answer questions, make suggestions, and help us at any moment. About the room, it was way spacious and well equipped with all amenities for travelers. Whoever designed the rooms and preparation deserves good recognition.

This is a relatively small and friendly hotel, close to the station and also the historic centre. The staff are helpful, and the room is clean. My only quibble is the size of the room - it’s very tight and the bed is close to the desk. The external shutters were nearly closed and I couldn’t open them, which makes the room dark. It has a lot of merits, and is a good base to see Modena

All in all the stay was good, upon Arrival receptionist was unpleasant, night receptionist was nice And helpful. Room was small, clean and quiet, the AC was fantastic!

We popped up to Modena to acquire Aged Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar. Got both, with a wonderful walk around town, stay at the hotel and great recommendation for restaurant.

This was a great place to stay! The proximity to the Modena train station was super great for getting around. Also, the city center and Ferrari Museum are easily walkable.

Good location, convenient for the railway station and the Ferrari Museum, whilst only 10 minutes walk to Modena centre. Good sized room, which was clean and well maintained. Staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful.

Fantastic place. Location on the heart of it all. Dry clean and modern. Comfortable Large king size bed. AC worked well. Great price for such a great room. We had a large terrace overlooking the lake.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, especially the young receptionist. The property seemed to have been refurbished recently and was bright and clean. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Plenty of choice of good food for breakfast. Excellent location between train station and historical centre. We had difficulty finding channels on the TV but a member of staff came to help straight away and resolved the problem. If visiting Modena again, I would book Hotel Principe without hesitation.

Hotel address was incorrect. When arrived we were greeted by bars, no sign of life, and closed sign.Hotel had changed its main entrance but left no notice on the bars. After half hour of wasted time we accidently found the entrance around the corner. It was very late at night, we were tired, and did not need this. Why the hotel did not post a simple note on the closed location is still a wonder. Otherwise the hotel was a good bargain and value.

The staff was friendly. Even the breakfast was until 10 am. We still could have breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, Ferrari Museum. Just around the corner a nice church.
