Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Suites are spacious. Kitchens are a plus if you want to cook, plan meals. We have 7 mouths so makes sense to cook. Burner sizes could be bigger and pots are small to medium, hard to cook for more than four. If you can bring larger pots (with lids) and a few fave knives, utensils will have all you need. They have a cabinet full of random games, kitchen gadgets to share. They should put some larger pots with lids there for community use. We will stay again. Friendly staff.

It is a clean place and all the staff was very nice.

The stay was good. The bed was not very comfortable. Both my wife and I had trouble sleeping.

Our room was comfortable!! The staff were friendly!! We only stay one night on our way home. And it was really nice :) !! My only wish is that the access to under the bed would be completely blocked off. As we have a cat that hides under the bed when it’s time to go.

Didnt reslly like anything about the property.

Everything was great there was a few things about our room that wasn’t the best the floor looked like it had never been vacuumed the windows were dirty even the vent on the ceiling in bathroom was dirty. But overall the hotel and staff was great. It made me feel at home!

It was all very clean and very accessible as I am handicap.

I like how convenient it was for what we had going on for the weekend. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no lotion in the room.

While the room was lovely, our check in experience was not. The front desk staff were all out on the patio for a 30 minute smoke "break" leaving the front desk unattended. A sign directed guests to use the business center phone to call them, but no signage existed pointing guests to said business center. These smoke "breaks" were frequent.

They seemed understaffed- the person checking people in kept having to leave the desk to fix people’s TVs. He was very nice And apologetic about it but was hard to catch. My tv didn’t work and I didn’t want to bother him because he was so on the run. The rest was great

Wonderful staff, everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The newly updated hotel was clean and beautifully decorated fof the holidays. The hotel is incredibly quiet and im sensitive to noise, especially at night. My room was large, had tons of storage, and the bed is so comfortable. Nice size tvs also. There are lots of great dining options and a walmart close by. I highly recommended staying in this hotel.

There was a couple of really good staff members like the front desk manager and a girl Jennifer who worked at the front desk. But the manager there was a really big idiot. Very creepy and obsessive about some of his female staff. Very troubling. I actually called his boss at the corporate office I was so concerned. Stay away.

The heat in our room did not work. We were given extra blankets but no accommodations at all. All they said was we will look at it to get it fixed. No credit to me or some sort of gift card. When I pay over 115 for a room and the heat won’t work, I should not have to buy full price.

A great hotel for travelers with dogs. Rooms are large and very clean. Outside there are nice grass areas and location special for dogs.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we had to ring the bell several times (this was in the early evening.) That seemed to be a regular occurrence during our short stay - no one manning the front desk. The hotel room was pretty noisy - people stomping above us, doors very creaky/not oiled/shutting noisily even when you tried to shut quietly, etc. Then the morning of our departure I left to go do some errands and my mom took some laundry to the laundry room. When she returned to the room she found a man in our room - he said he was there because someone had complained about a slow bathtub drain. She texted me to find out whether or not I had made a complaint about that - I hadn't. She called the front desk and was told that "someone had complained about that earlier - before we came." There was no apology for the person coming into our room without our knowing or anything. We both got a very creepy vibe from the whole experience and would definitely NOT recommend the place to anyone else.

Kirby was a great help to me. I was lost coming from oklahoma and she stayed on the phone with me to get me to the hotel. It was a nice and clean hotel!!

We visit Omaha fairly often and usually stay near Old Market. This time, however, we found ourselves there during the College World Series -- and hotel rooms were scarce and pricey. The Candlewood Suites in Bellevue is a nearly new location and had space available. The cost was ok given the circumstances - the room was very nice and had just about everything one would want. Although one can see the hotel from US 75, it is a little complex to get there the first time. There are great restaurant options close by.
