We had a weekend trip at this hotel, and the overall experience was very good. The room standard was high, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. However, we felt that the staff could have provided more information during check-in. For example, we only later discovered that the hotel had its own car service to the airport (at a cost of 20 euros). This was not mentioned upon arrival and only came up when we asked the reception to book a taxi for us. The hotel’s restaurant and cocktail bar on the fifth floor were definite highlights. The food and drinks were excellent, and we rate the drinks 10/10! Unfortunately, we found the waitstaff to show little interest in upselling. It often took a long time to get their attention, and we would likely have ordered more drinks if the service had been more attentive. One waiter also spent quite a bit of time on his phone, which detracted from the experience. We stayed at the hotel in November, so the outdoor pool was closed. However, we can imagine that it’s a great spot to swim and enjoy the bar during the summer months. The hotel’s location is very central, with plenty of restaurants, cocktail bars, and grocery stores nearby.

Welcoming, accommodating front desk. Room was very spacious - had all amenities I needed. Good hot water in the shower. It's on a major street but has good soundproofing so did not hear traffic. A bit of a distance from the center, about a 20 minute walk to Skandenberg Square, but a pleasant walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel has rooftop pool and a sauna, but I did not use either. Breakfast had some good choices.

Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Mondial for a weekend in November. Got the family room with two rooms which had their own main door which was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had a lovely sized balcony. Breakfast included - although sometimes a little cold.

We chose to stay here as a last minute decision and it was easily the best hotel of our entire trip in Albania. We booked the suite which was huge with lots of space to play for the kids, a large bathroom (shame the jacuzzi did not work). Great food at the roof top restaurant, also ordered room service. Free parking and good breakfast. If they had a heated pool that would just make it a perfect hotel.

We were a party of 21 and the hotel was excellent. Great staff and good value for money. The only downside was that only one key was issued for twin and triple rooms and this caused some inconvenience, as people returned to the rooms at different times. Despite requests, it was not possible to have more than one key card. We have never had this before.

Our stay was fantastic from the start. Pleasant greeting and helpfulness upon arrival. The suite was immaculate. Spacious. We felt very spoilt. Definitely worth the money. We used the pool, my husband had a massage, and we enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was enjoyable. Staff throughout the hotel very friendly.

The hotel was lovely, staff friendly & helpful, breakfast yummy and food/drinks reasonably priced. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from Skanderbeg Square, near bars and cafes. There is a great roof top pool with sunbeds and pool towels provided - pool is not heated and therefore quite refreshing! We booked the hotel/aiport transfers, which made getting to and from the airport much easier.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The cool and calm atmosphere when entering the hotel from the noicy street was a relief. The way we were welcomed and treated at the reception and the restaurants both on the ground floor and the fifth floor was absolutely to my satisfaction.

Comfortable hotel close to some good restaurants and bars. Helpful staff, good breakfast. We had a large room with a balcony. The rooftop bar is also good. It would have been good to have coffee making facilities in our room. Airport transfer was excellent - the driver had a long wait because the baggage carousel at the airport took more than 1 hour 15 mins but they still waited.

The location is good, and the hotel is clean. The service at check-in was a bit lacking, for example, information about the sauna and spa was not provided. A bottle of sparkling wine was offered with the accommodation, but it was a sweet dessert wine. I would recommend paying attention to these details. The room was clean and quiet, the bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast and the staff were very professional. The pool was a bit different and smaller than in the pictures.

We had a great stay at Mondial hotel. We experienced great service and kind staff. The rooms were big and beautiful. We took a massage in the second floor and it was wonderful! The masseuse were a wonderful lady who gave us the best massage I have experienced. The food was also delicious and affordable. I really recommend this hotel.

We had a difficult situation, as my wife had broken her ankle a couple days previous to our stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our unique needs and helped facilitate our departure to the airport. Alida, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, as were all the porters, wait staff, cleaning staff, etc. We had delicious Albanian specialties in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast is comprehensive and delicious. We LOVED our cappuccinos.

We love to stay in this hotel where we really feel at home. The staff is very kind, serviceminded and wants to give you a good experience. During summertime the swimming pool in the top floor is an additional advantage of this hotel. The massage services in the hotel are great too.

First time in Albania and we stayed in the capital for 2 days, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, decent breakfast and food options through the day, nice rooftop terrace and bar/pool area, room was ready ahead of check in time and they sorted us a cheap transfer from the airport to the hotel when we arrived 😀 no issues at all and i would recommend this hotel
