Perfect
A/C suboptimal but they solved it at my better appreciation

It was a good hotel especially for family and kids. I don’t recommend for adults though. I also booked a sea view room on Expedia. However, the hotel refused to check into a sea view room and Expedia didn’t respond to my emails either.

Very clean rooms and very new. Recently renovated.
4.2
Beautiful hotel. Everything nice but the bed. I asked for king size bed, got two singles stuck together, and they were sliding all the time.
But everything else was great.
4.2
Lobby, Rooms and Restaurant renovated and in good shape.
Pool Area not very good. Very old tiles with water puddles everywhere, loose puts, dirty puts, loose handrails,.... needs to be renovated ASAP

Very nice

I arrived late by 22 hours, was attended very friendly.
the room given to me was Ok, clean. no desk, so for me a limitation. I work while on the road. I could hear the loud music in my room. this stopped by 23:00
I the early ours I could hear a person from a neighboring room throwing up. This was at 4 am in the morning. and the sleep was gone. In the morning when going to the toilet a cockroach was alive under the sink. I killed it. It sends a wrong impression to the guest. I decided to leave after breakfast.

Booked a 1 night all inclusive stay for my partners birthday. We had a beautiful suite with stunning views of the grounds and beach. The service from staff was fabulous as was the food. We loved it so much will be returning each year for her birthday.
4.2
Good family stay. Great pool facilities for kids and beautiful beach in front of the resort.
Water facilities close way too early (around 7 -730PM). Large group of kids still playing and were asked to stop using some of the pools.
Pool bar closes too early (around 6 - 7 PM) and main bar only open until midnight
4.2
Wish the hot tub wasn't an extra charge, didn't like that all inclusive didn't even include water let alone wine or beer as a beverage with dinnee
4.2
Clean and modern hotel on a fantastic beach. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious with a wide variety.
4.2
Very good hotel. Unfortunately not many parkings on site and the hotel's parking is rather small and it was completely full when we arrived. I had to park ovwr 15 minutes walking distance away
4.2
This hotel is ok... fun for children. Not too enjoyable for adults. Its a typical ”package trip” hotel.
4.2
Very good facilities overall. Nice pools. Good location for beach. Good selection of food (buffet) but not all well made.
Pool area is good, but once walking on dark coloured tiles (as opposed to the white textured type right next to pool) you have to be careful as very slippery.
This should be corrected as telling 2-10+ year olds not to run when there’re playing isn’t always effective. Quite a few kids slipped over ending up in tears.
Once in the pools, all seems good, no sharp bits noticed, clean etc
Parking is on the street and can be quite a walk ....or you pay 15 euros per day for underground parking.
Room (number 2017) was disappointing and finish was poor. Doors (all of them) didn’t close properly. Laminate floor was poorly installed so big gaps, AirCon didn’t work despite asking to get it checked.
But it was quiet so that’s good.
Had booked two twin beds, only got a room with one twin bed and a fold out bed - supposedly it was a room upgrade!?
Overall, the majority of the hotel and its surroundings (if you want open empty beaches) is good, but the room was bad.

Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is bright, clean and spacious. Our room had everything you needed and was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay there again.
4.2
It was a nice hotel with nice staff, One problem for us was that our room was near the elevator, above lobby, and there was very loud music every night until 11:30 and I was there for a conference to was trying to work in the evenings. The second problem was there was only restaurant and it was a buffet. The breakfast buffet was good, but would have nice to have quiet, non-buffet, dinner options. The hotel is isolated, so not a choice to walk to local restaurants. Also, the safe cost 3 Euro per days.
4.2
Excellent kids pools but annoying fountains were off for a day because apparently it was too windy. Huge variety of delicious food. Paid to use spa but steam room and showers weren't working which was annoying. Kettle borrowed from reception wasn't particularly clean. Requested a cot from expedia but had to re-request after checking in. Bed comfortable enough, if a bit hard. Given no choice of pillows though. Rooms have quite a lot of noise from other rooms/bathrooms. Not enough staff at the bar, so quite a lot of time spent queueing for drinks, i imagine because then All Inclusive guests will drink less.

The hotel was in off season mode but that information was not shared in advance. All of the pools were under construction which took away from the views of the Ocean. Only one indoor bar open. How to assure that we had an all inclusive room was also unclear. We paid additional money to upgrade to that level when we found out at the hotel
The location is incredible and they provided two beautiful oceanfront rooms which made up a bit for the lack of pools operating and the pool bar being open. Front desk folks were great. Bartenders not very friendly or helpful. Only food option was buffet. Again I think it was because hotel was off season but this information should be clear somewhere maybe on their website. Rooms are very basic and could use some updating. Very clean and comfortable though.
We were only there for the weekend because we also went into Cádiz for Carnival. Only a 1/2 hour ride and would recommend this if you are staying at the Iberostar

Fantastic weekend, Hotel kindly upgraded us to suites as it was my 60th. Food was great and weather was spot on. Would definitely come back again. Second time to this part of Spain and love it. Staff were really helpful except some of bar staff who refused to give my wife a nice glass for her gin because we were on normal all inclusive so a bit petty.
4.2
Very comfortable hotel. The staff were exceptional. The food was amazing..quantity and quality. Not sure it would suit me during high season but as an off season hotel right on the beach it was great. Had sun on the balcony for most of the day. Very relaxing break.

everything was just right - cannot wait to go back

We booked 5 days vacation end June18. As we arrived on Saturday at noon, hotel was very busy and the story seemed to start bad for us, as we got a partial view room on ground floor instead of the sea view room we booked. But this room, facing the nearby sister Iberostar hotel, was so nice and quiet, and ground floor offered us the chance to have our own lawn and yard to walk and relax on, that a negative point turned on a very positive one at once. Cleaning was top (regards to a cleaning lady, I think Lola or so, that was leaving chocolates with smiley notes), food very good, beach perfect, all perfect. Beware of the noisy family right wing, if you want to relax, better pick a room on the left side. We will definitely return.

Great facilities, fantastic staff, wonderful hotel.

Great hotel in a great location.
Only problem was that the room seemed very noisy, lots of people appearing to move furniture, talking and walking up and down corridors

Stayed for two nights, everything was straightforward, everybody was helpful. Room was spotless. Had half board, a great selection of food to choose from. It was a bit cool in bar and reception area could have done with a bit of heating at night time.
4.2
Good things: awesome swimming pools, direct access to the beach, which is also splendid. Very nice buffet, with a lot of variety. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and big Tv. We had a calm terrace that was so relaxing.
Bad things: during the first night, we woke up at 5am due to the worst smell I can remember. It was like something rotten. It was even difficult to breathe. We went to reception but they were surprised and didn't put much effort into solving it. I think it was something related with the air conditioning, which we didn't turn on again. Another thing that got me surprised is that they charge you for using the security box (3€/day), a service which is almost always included in a hotel of this category.

Was not told about building work, went to hotel for peace and quite as bn before. On this occasion electric drills outside door in morning but worse could not sit on balcony as renovations were being done on there sister building next to us. Terrible noise until 6.00pm. On leaving was told I should he requested a change of room but was also informed hotel was full up. Cleaners start on rooms too early while still in bed.

35 years travelling the world as a journalist I have experienced good and bad hotels. This hotel ticks all the boxes for an enjoyable stay.
4.2
Lovely hotel, excellent food. On beach ideal for summer holidays. High ceilings in public areas made for chilli ness in the winter months, heating was available in rooms.
Local shops closed during out of season, there was only one cafe/bar open. Golf courses were gorgeous. You would need a car to get anywhere in the winter.
4.2
Good location, polite, helpful staff, nice hotel and a lovely beach!
