The hotel needs a renovation as soon as possible. It seems to be a bit abandoned, lack of overall maintanance. The food is not amazing in the entire Beach Park resort, there’s room for improvement as well. On the good side, It is well located right next to the water park and right in front of the beach. Great pools, big rooms and wonderful breakfast.

Insatisfatória, atendimento deixou a desejar desde o restaurante, atendimento em geral muito ruim, estava mais para um aluguel do apartamento com algum serviço, arrumação bem simplória, quase um paninho no chão e acertar as roupas de cama, troca só das toalhas. Restaurante atendimento demorado, ruim mesmo, além das poucas opções no cardápio, em especial se vais passar mais que um FDS. E O MAIS CHATO, inconveniente e nem ruim, foi a cobrança ANTECIPADA do gastos, antecipar o seu CHECK OUT, algo indesejado. Solicitando sua presença na recepção e etc. Outra coisa, o hotel bem ruim de conservação, aparência ruim, goteiras em todo lugar, desde a recepção. Não sei se a época, mas percebe-se essa falta de manutenção até no próprio BEACH PARK, brinquedos sem pintura, velhos e desgastados, já foi de excelência, estivemos ali pela 4a vez, e a pior, sem dúvidas. Hospedar nos HOTÉIS da REDE, pra nunca mais… Enfim, uma viagem cara, com custo bem razoável de estadia e refeições, que me fez esperar mais, preço similar eu pagaria em outros Resorts com all inclusive, além de muito mais conforto.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and followed all the covid’s protocol. They can do some improvements in the room.

The services and staff were outstanding, the food was really good too. My daughter loved it and any kid would. Our only issue was that later in the day, after the water park closes, there isn’t much for the adults to do, there’s activities for the kids but we felt it should have a bar or lounge for us adults to do something after dinner while the kids are still playing.
