This is a fine hotel, but the hotel is surrounded by busy nightlife very close by with very loud music until late. Be aware!

Compared to the “5-star” resort I’d been staying at the past five nights in Crete, this 3-star was truly luxurious! The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was even a pillow “menu” (no extra charge). There was a fully stocked bar with plenty of bottled water. There was even a magnifying makeup mirror and an ironing board. My only suggestions for improvement would be to offer the newer USB charging ports as well as larger (and more - 2 per person) towels. Additionally, it was pretty noisy due to the nightlife scene going on the streets below our room. Consider offering free white noise machines (or a white noise app on the TV, with a menu of different sleep sounds).

Bed was the softest i have ever tried, ended up sleeping on the floor. Aircon had a build in timer (i turned it off) i started 6 o’clock and despite turning it off several times it started it self again and again. The street was very noisy through the whole night (party street) I am never going back to that place.

What an amazing hotel. Had the best time in Malmo. The breakfast at Elite might be the best in Sweden. You will love. All the staff are awesome and do a great job. Highly recommend

Bar and restaurant never open during our stay, rather odd. Good news is there's hundreds of bars and restaurants within in walking distance.

The room was nice, although some of the caulking holding the molding against the bathroom window sill was just hanging down. Not sure why they didn’t just fix that. Otherwise the room was good. Breakfast looked impressive. But that’s all it is. The eggs were an undercooked disgusting scramble, and the “hot” items (eggs, bacon, sausage) were clearly made hours ago and not even hot.

Very central, just off Lilla Torg. Our room was nice and spacious and way quiet! Bed was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection, but if you are down at the busiest time you might find it difficult to find a seat.

The hotel is a fantastic location in the old town and convenient for Malmö central train station. The reception and breakfast areas are nicely presented. The room windows were looking inwards but had natural light. The gym is convenient and included in the price. It is in the basement. I did not use it. Some of the equipment will need a refresh soon but it was well equipped for a hotel gym. The electricity in the room is slightly inconvenient. The bedside switch controls all electricity in the room so it is not straightforward to leave a bathroom light on at night and switch on a side light if making a trip to the bathroom at night. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food. The fresh fruit was honey dew melon, orange and pineapple and it was unusual that it was chunked with the skin left on. The staff on reception are friendly and welcoming and the room was cleaned each day with an option to request no cleaning if not required. The room has a desk, iron and safe so is well equipped for business travel. There was a wardrobe and space to unpack clothes so the room was suitable for a longer stay.

Aged and worn rooms from the dark ages, smelly fridge, awful pillows which seemed as old as the rooms. Noise was horrific, dark, dingy and not pleasant very pleased when we left. No sleep in two nights. Place has seen better days. Quan very nice but perhaps this is where all the money has gone. Would not recommend.

Possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel. I got the best night’s sleep here over my 2-night visit and felt so refreshed because of it. The breakfast included in the price was a really nice surprise, given how many hotels charge you extra for breakfast. The hotel itself was stylish, the staff were very courteous and the hotel is only a few metres away from a main square, offering plenty of dining options, yet the hotel itself remained nice and quiet. If I could change one thing, it would be that the rooms are too dark so I would suggest some brighter illumination options to see a little better.

The hotel is located perfectly. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and close to restaurants and other amenities. The rooms (I have stayed here three times in different rooms) are quite spacious. But they are in need of renovation. The bathrooms are good, but the rooms feel a bit dated. It’s totally ok and I will stay here again, due to the good location. The breakfast is fair, nothing special.

I have stayed in this property many times. Room is clean and everything is great. But they removed the phone in the room. I cannot call the reception as I do not have a Swedish number. So I had to go physically to the reception if I need anything

The property itself is excellent and is in an excellent location close to numerous sites and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The only complaint is that there was no parking available nearby. We stayed during the week of Malmo’s summer festival, so the area was really crowded. Even with all the noise from the festival, the room was completely quiet.
