Great stay. Was there for 4 nights. Room was clean, good size, good amenities. One complaint is my niece had a small stuffed animal and after our room was cleaned it was gone and the hotel never found it. Otherwise a good stay.

Overall, I was very pleased with the property and location, downtown is my place! I requested early checkin, they were able to work it out. All the front desk employees were super professional and friendly, I wish I had all their names. Room very small, but ok, very modern. I used to work years for Ritz Carlton, first impressions very important!(the mystique!) My taxi back to JFK got alittle delayed, one taxi driver showed up and had the nerve to ask me for gas money! 😳 He didn’t get it, the employees at the hotel ran his off as he continued to be combative! Thanks staff again, I’ll be back😎

Housekeeping here was very sad. We requested housekeeping service 3 days straight and 3 days straight no show. Finally had to call front desk to try and get some fresh towels and they had answering machine on. I've traveled quit a bit and this was the worst lack of service I have seen.

Excellent customer service from the gents on check in who helped out changing our room as there was some confusion with the room booked. Females were a bit abrupt but the gents were great. Great location too.

I would never stay here again. We booked our reservation and arrived at the hotel early. The hostess said that we would have our room ready when we got back and then she was putting a rush order on it. We arrived back at the hotel at 11 PM and we told that we had no room. They had overbooked somehow in their computers made the mistake… A bunch of crap. We had to go all the way from downtown New York to be on Midtown to stay at a much nicer hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable but unspectacular, you’re really paying for the location. Within walking distance to several sites like the 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are sufficiently comfortable.

The lobby bathrooms were filthy and the paint/wall paper was peeling. The pillow cases were not cleaned and the chair in our room was dirty. However, the view was memorable and the location is accessible to every thing you may need.

Great location with views of OWT and the 911 Memorial. My room was comfortable and efficient. Staff was very friendly as well. Only drawback was the public space on the 20th floor was closed due to renovation.

Area was really nice, staff that looked like me was very friendly others not as much unfortunately. I was disappointed that there was not vending and ice on more floors. The room layout was HORRIBLE but the veiw from the balcony was AMAZING so that made up for the layout a little. Certain amenities that i have become so use too was not available HOWEVER i knew that when i booked. Would i rent again yes simply because of the view.

Comfortable and quiet in a safe feeling area. As a single elderly traveller I felt safe walking around the area & had a meal at a very good friendly local diner recommended by hotel staff. Convenient for Battery Park & the ferry to the Statue of Liberty & Ells Island.

Coming from a midwestern state where space is abundant, I found the room shockingly small for the price. Aside from that, it was clean and well-appointed. The staff was especially helpful in showing me how to call for a cab, in giving me walking directions to restaurants and other places of interest, and in keeping my luggage safe on checkout day while I continued to explore the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the World Trade Center or the 9/11 Memorial.

Hotel with good location. Small rooms and tiny windows unfortunately do not match how much you have to pay for the stay. The rooftop terrace was closed due to repair. We wasn’t informed of that until arrival and the rooftop was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

Be prepared to wait for a couple of hours to check in. We waited almost two hours in the lobby for the housekeeping to clean and ready our room, even when we arrived after 3 pm when check-in started.

Drove there Saturday night already booked the room for me and my 2 kids , once we get there around 1 Am asking front desk to check in Francis was super rude another guy came in and telling me that there is no room available the only thing he can do is to send us 35 minutes away to a Motel “Rodway Capri” drove all the way there we didn’t like the place condition, end up looking for another place on my own . That not how you treat customers at least some one had to contact me before I get there and end up in this situation Asking full refund

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Arrived a few hours early and was able to check in after a reasonable wait. Rooms are small and expensive, but similarly priced to those around the area. The room was clean on the inside. Depending on the situation, I would stay here again.

The only complaint would be that the 20th floor rooftop area was under construction. This was not posted online and we were looking forward to sitting there and looking at the world trade one. We actually picked this hotel for that reason.

We changed room day 2 and didn’t get cleaned for 3 days. And it was really disapointing that we wasn’t informed that rooftop area was closed. We booked the hotel in janary and got several mail from the hotel but none about rooftop was closed. If we have had that information, we could have found and other hotel with that possibility and we would have. For that reason, we should have had a discount as the facility we went for didn’t exisist at the time we arrived
