It was all very good. The only thing was that the lady at the lobby the night we checked in was a little rude. She was not nice and seemed bothered to have to ceck us in. However, all of the other staff was friendly and had smiles on thier faces.

The room remained the same in temperature even after the thermostat was changed. Front desk had to be reminded to change towels and empty garbage cans. Except for Dan at the front desk. the other front desk employees we encountered were not warm or welcoming.

Fun family trip to Seattle, amazing location for the price. The staff was unbelievably nice, helpful, polite and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family of 4. The property is very protected, we felt safe throughout the night.
The only drawback was that the laundry facilities were unavailable and we weren't advised ahead of time. Also, the breakfast was very, very salty. They did have a number of options, but the hot food (eggs, protein, etc.) Were heavily salted and unappealing.

Hotel was amazing! Super clean, smelled good and was in the process of being renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean. Dan at the front desk was top notch as were all the other workers. Super close to the space needle and climate pledge arena. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. Hotel was in a bit of re-model, which wasn't a bad thing, just a little construction traffic along with dirty elevators. From our window (Shell gas station) was a lot of noise especially at night, yelling, lots of commotion. Great location, as everything was in walking distance for the most part. Staff was very accommodating. Overall had a great stay and would stay again.

Stayed here for New Years Eve, and it was amazing. Down the street from the Space Needle and a Walgreens across the street. Located downtown so there were plenty of dining options.

I like it because it really convenient for New year. Butbi wish they put us in the better room. We have no view but gas station and traffic. However, still like it with the overall services

The staff are super friendly, and helpful! The property is dated and needs a refresh, but renovations are on there way. The rooms are very clean! Everything we were there to do and more was all within walking distanance, including the Space Needle Climate Pledge Arena, the Pop Culture Museum. We had a veiw of the space needle from our room.Free breakfast everyday and free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water all day everyday. We would definately stay here again!

Great location, very reasonably priced, great staff and a good complimentary breakfast. It was a one night stay, and we couldn't have asked for more at the price point. The property is slightly dated, so expect some minor problems here and there, but outside of that, great hotel.

I was able to check in at noon, 4:00 hours early, which was very convenient and everything else was great from that time on.

Very clean property in a convenient part of town. Parked my car and walked to monorail to get to the downtown. Seattle Center three blocks away. Personnel were very nice and breakfast was great.

Staff were great, complimentary breakfast was as decent, but the room was not clean (mold in shower, dirty counters, carpet stains on floors).

The room was large and fine for our family of 6. The bathroom is small but clean. The front desk was helpful when needed. The staff working the breakfast area were not very helpful and hard to communicate with. The beds need improvement, very basic uncomfortable mattress and linens. The breakfast area very often ran out of items, there was a long line one day, the eggs are tiny pieces that don't even pretend to be real eggs, and all the breakfast meat (besides the bacon one time) was covered in a weird oily spice mixture. We have been home a week and our stomachs still haven't recovered. They also want $45 a day parking which is outrageous and tried to bill us for it even though we never parked with them, thankfully I caught it. The hotel overall worked for our needs being in downtown and a room large enough for our family. But we expected more from Hyatt.

Located close to the Space Needle and Climate Pledge arena. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Not close to light rail transit, just buses. Breakfast was good too

Great service as we arrived early, but the room we were given was being worked on by a contractor when we arrived. Only a 15 minute delay as he finished.
