Hi the hotel was fine yhe beds were comfy . But the cleaning staff needs to clean rooms a little better walls need a good scrub down . The property was a ways from airport . But transit was easy to use

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a nice hotel, clean and modern. Staff spoke english and answered all of my questions well. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. It was a short walk to a bus stop, although it does take anywhere from 40 to 50minutes on public transport to get into the main city area. There are transport changes along the way as well. But it is out of the city centre which means it is quiet. I would stay here again 😊

We were very pleased with everything at the Neo Hotel. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Getting to the center was easy. About it 450 feet to the bus stop and catch the subway wto the Duomo.

No way this is a 4 star hotel. This is a hard 2 star in a good day. Again cleaning became a huge issue in an European hotel. We found hairs in the shower and in the bunk bed. BE AWARE: WHILE ITS ADVERTISED THEY HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, THEY CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE IN THE FRONT DESK AND YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OF YOUR ROOM TEMPERATURE AND EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL PUT YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE THEIR SYSTEM WORKS FOR A FEW MINUTES THAN TURN BACK TO THEIR SET TEMPERATURE. Absurd! The bunk bed is not a real bed, is a sofa bed that becomes a very small bunk bed. Furniture are full of scratches and are not new. Mattresses are harder than stones. Hallways are full of dust, trash and smell funny. Parking lot is not really closed since anyone can have access to the car just going through a open door leading to it. Area around has a lot of businesses closed and looks unsafe. Front desk staff seem bothered when asked to do anything. We will never come back to this hotel.

Everything great only the bathroom could be a little more clean. In the night the connection from the city is not the best. The way to the centre is a little long for a weekend trip maybe choose one more in the city.

Overall experience is good and the staff has been amazingly supportive. The only challenge I faced was the air conditioning at the room but staff changed the room and it resolve the issue. Breakfast options are very good. Dinner at hotel restaurant was also very good but a little pricey.

The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions about parking in zone c. The property is clean. The room was silent. And breakfast was excellent with so many delicious, freshly prepared options. We are so glad we stayed there!

Nice and clean hotel but basic. Nice terrace. Sadly no complimentary water. Breakfast was a little bit repetitive. A bit limited options but delicious coffee. Rooms have no storage facilities. There was just a rail with 2 hangers. So if you stay for longer, not convenient . Good access to public transport.

Friendly staff. The property definitely needed some renovation and the cleanliness was not up to standard. Rooms are small, especially the bathroom. TV was easy to connect to with mobile devices and the AC worked well. For being a 4 star hotel we expected a bit more but given the price it was a fair deal.

Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking

Breakfast was excellent rooms was very clean.clean white bedding and towels we had to move rooms due to the noise of works being done but that was easy after I spoke to the manager as the general staff wasn't so helpful with that situation. Staff were lovely in general would definitely stay here again.

The staff was superb! They made sure our needs were taking care of. Any info we asked they always answered our questions. Breakfast was great! Just abit outta the way but the transport was easy. Most definitely will stay again.

We stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night. I booked this hotel as it has a 24hr reception and our flight arrived at night. The hotel looked smart and the staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The room was nice and clean and I found the beds comfortable. It was also lovely and quiet. There is a kettle in the family room but you are told to use bottled water in it- why I'm not sure. The tea/coffee cups provided with the kettle weren't completely clean. I also thought that the room for a family of 5 was cramped. I was glad that we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was nice and was included in our stay. As other reviews will have said, the hotel is a bit further out of Milan city center. I did ask about the shuttle service via email before our stay but was told that we could book a taxi (around 15 euros) to Bignami metro station. This wasn't a problem for our short stay but something to consider for a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Neo but if we were to return to Milan I would find something more suitable for the 5 of us.

Excellent service and clean, modern rooms, for an affordable price - however, the location is not ideal for heading into central Milan as a tourist, with no metro links nearby. Other than the location, I cannot fault the hotel itself.
