Hotel is very worn and not the cleanest but this is reflected in the price. The bed was made daily but seems no cleaning or changing of bed sheets took place. However, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, and the location is very good. Breakfast is not worth 10€, would recommend against it. Overall, quite cheap and cheerful

Great location. Decent staff. Clean enough. Property is falling apart, black mold evident in shower corners, frayed curtains, leaky toilets and faucets.
4.0
Centre of town opposite car parking facilities

Great location, however hotel very tired and in need of modernising! Shower poor, bed squeaky, dirty toilet… no coffee or tea in the room only one mint tea bag!

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very faded and jaded, one mug in the bedroom was filthy and we were given one decent size towel, the other was tiny. The soap dispenser was not on the wall, only one bed side table and corridor areas were very delapitated. The windows in our room were very mouldy. It was quite disappointing, I did wonder what would happen in the night if help was needed, this was a poor ending to a great holiday in france,

Nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was ok but some eggs would have been nice. Good location for shops and bars.
4.0
Lovely staff, very convenient location. Hotel itself is a little tired. Parking outside is very expensive but free round the corner.

Brilliant hotel, will definitely be back. I am gluten free and they had a separate gluten free station. Will cook you an sort of eggs for breakfast. Rooms are big as well as the bathroom. Only a few minutes walk from central station.
2.5
The entrance when locked at night has no light so is difficult to see when putting in code

This hotel is in a good position for visiting Bergerac. However the free parking nearby only applies overnight ie 7pm-9am and can be very expensive besides. There is free parking by the river but it is quite a walk from the hotel. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The elevator is extremely small so not for the claustrophobic! The room was ok but not the cleanest and the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. It was good to have windows that opened and it was appreciated in the hot weather. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good hotel, clean room (no cleaning service due to COVID restrictions). Good overall.
The only drawback was no parking. There was free street parking around the corner (if you could find a space) or paid parking outside (roughly 1 Euro per hour between 0900 and 2100). Reception (and the hotel) was closed between 1200 and 1500 which did catch me out.

The room was jaded and tired, the pictures on the site are not a reflection of the room i was in, 1 tea bag! etc it was as basic as it could be, i tried to find another place to stay but sadly decided to just stay put as it wasnt for long..would not recommend

The hotel has seen better days. Tiered and tatty. The croissants never got replenished whilst we were at breakfast, because I think the ONE staff member I saw was stuck in reception checking people out.

The hotel 8s central. There is no parking and you have to find street parking which is not always free.
The spa has restrictions on it which are not explained.
To use the kettle it has to be placed on the carpet, which is well worn.

Great central location. Friendly and all you need but somewhat basic.

Very close to the historical centre. Many nice restaurants around.

We expected free parking as per the info on web site but it is street parking. Room was good but did not like the shower (too small) or square hard pillows. Loved the outlook from room. Once we got over the parking issue we enjoyed our stay but missed a fridge. We had a city view & on the third floor & got a good internet deal. Has several names.

We had an overnight stop in Bergerac to meet a friend in the centre, so this hotel was very convenient being central to the town.
The rooms were basic, but clean and quite adequate.
Parking is located within the centre area of the square where the hotel is located, so again, very handy.
The breakfast was fine too.
All in all, a good hotel if you're on a bit of a budget

It was great for our needs, room was a little too warm and couldn’t see where to turn it down - just opened a window not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have been able to turn the temp down.

staff were really helpful and polite - room was clean and comfortable
Reception closes from 12-3 but guests have 24 hour access via a key pad entry system -
great central location, but the room was very quiet and well furnished
Information in reception on local area places of interest was very good
I would recommend this hotel

Horrible stay. The hotel is run down, has no air conditioning, and is infested with large black spiders that lurk in corners and behind bathroom doors. Since there are no screens on the windows, we couldn't even open them for fresh air for fear that more insects would crawl in throughout the night. It was truly a nightmare for my entire family. We even contemplated sleeping in the car, as it would have been more comfortable.

the hotel closes their doors and you have to access the hotel with a long code, did feel particular unsafe. My room wasn't cleaned one day and had to ask for fresh towels, coffee and tea facilities were a kettle and 2 cups. the hotel room was clean but very tired. Oh and a ventilated room means they have a fan in the cupboard.

The hotel was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Soundproofing could be better.

No air con, not free parking (on street, and only on certain days). Bathroom in poor state.
Beds ok.

The very small bedroom looked clean but smelled appallingly of smoke. It was claimed to be a non smoking room but clearly no attention was given to this and no penalties for smoking were imposed.

Adequate budget hotel in centre of Bergerac well position for the centre and with more than adequate facilities. Parking place in a secure location to rear yard. Didn't eat or drink at the hotel as there were numerous other places win walking distance. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Pleasant little hotel just a couple of minutes walk from the old town center.
Worth getting the room with air conditioning in the summer.

We arrived in a heat wave and had booked the very cheap eco room with no air conditioning but with the overhead fan on and window open it cooled down enough to sleep well. There was a kettle for tea and coffee and clean bathroom. Not many restaurants open on a Saturday night but found an outdoor pub style which was Ok. Only bad thing was free internet didn't work in the room - had to go to the lobby.

We booked three nights in this hotel at short notice, so it wasn't our first choice. It was fairly simple and the rooms small compared with Campanile or other similar hotels. The doors were locked by about 10.45 pm and you had to have your code with you to get in!
We didn't try breakfast as there was a bakers serving refreshments nearby. Bergerac itself was very enjoyable.

I had a night to spend in Bergerac before my flight to Leeds. This hotel was excellently located in a quiet square only a few minutes walk from the beautiful old town with plenty of bars and restaurants and an easy taxi-ride to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and allowed me to speak French (although they could speak English). My economy room was perfectly adequate - very clean but rather hot (thank goodness for the ceiling fan and windows that could be opened) and might be quite cramped for 2 people for more than one night. The restaurant was OK but I had to wait a long time for the food to arrive and there was not much atmosphere. I went out for breakfast.
