Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

Accessing the property was difficult. We arrived on a Sunday and to actually get to reception involved driving through a number of automated barriers. Having checked in at reception it was then difficult to access the underground parking as this involved even more automated barriers. This was probably relatively easy for French speakers but quite difficult for others.

Friendly staff! Comfortable bed and a/c! Appreciate the refrigerator and stove top. We were able to eat a few meals in which saved some money.

We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions.

We had a great time. The room turned out to be a 1 br + 1 living room apartment + a well-equipped kitchenette, with lovely balconies around. Everything was clean and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, just above a square where a local market is held.

Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).

Delayed check in, which was irritating at the time, as I had such a short time in Arcachon. However, the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the large bed and the view over the square and market. The bathroom was good.

We stay here most years, it's clean, comfortable and convenient for shops, restaurants and beaches. It is a charming small town, very French. The rooms are well-appointed and provide basic cooking appliances with cutlery and crockery if you don't want to go to a restaurant. We stayed an extra two days on impulse as the weather was so good and we didn't want to give up our mini-apartment. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the quality of the fittings in the rooms is high. Public parking is provided underground adjacent to the hotel.

We were happy to revive an upgrade to a large corner 1 bedroom with balcony but it was pretty loud on that side at night. Luckily we are young and just on vacation and it didn’t ruin the trip. Just keep that in mind with room choice. We did enjoy the back entrance close to our apartment and the general amenities in the apartment. The info book they created was fantastic! It really made it feel more personal rather than a large hotel/extended stay. The sheets could be softer. The area is excellent, super safe and walkable to everything. We could even see the beach from our balcony. Lastly, service was really friendly from reception to maintenance to housekeeping. Will return.

We stayed in a studio appartment that had bedroom and livingroom seperated by a thin door. That worked well for us. The kitchen was in the livingroom, it was small but had everything (including fridge with small freezer) we needed to cook dinner several The hotel provided small bag/starter kit with sponge/cloth and dishwasher soap both for handwash and for the dishwasher mashine. Nice! The balcony was just big enough for two people to sit. Unfortunally it did not have sun at any time during the day, because of it pointing north. The driving in the citycenter was a bit complicated to us because of several oneway streets. Therefore it was a little dificult to find. The hotel offers parking for 20 € a day, but it might be cheaper for you to park in the parking unit just below the hotel - they charged us 75 € Per week. We tried the breakfast buffet one morning, and it was very good. In our opinion it was a little expensive though (as I remember we paid 14€ per person). The staff was all the time very nice and helpfull!

Great location, very pleasant staff. A little noisy in the morning due to the market being set up. As we were only there 2 nights it would have been useful to have a small amount of washing up items provided to avoid having to buy.

Fabulous location. Nice room. Able to close off the bedroom. Separate Loo. Nice kitchen area. Has everything you need, table and Chairs, Sofa, appliances, separate bedroom, bathroom off a small corridor. Just off the main square and a short walk to the beach. Alas, I only booked for one night, and was unable to extend my stay. I was with my little dog and we would quite happily have stayed for a week or two. Only thing, no parking. Although there is a lot of street parking nearby, we struggled to find a space. There are car parks within 10 minutes walk. They were very obliging and lowered the bollards so I could unload the luggage outside before parking car.
