The people at the front desk were AWESOME! Extremely helpful, before we even got out of the cab someone was there to grab our bags and welcome us! Extremely clean and modern hotel with super comfy bed. Breakfast was fabulously delicious and expansive. Lots of restaurants and things to see within 5-20 minute walk in multiple directions from hotel. Super easy to get cabs any time day/night. Love this hotel and everyone that works there. Couldn’t recommend more!

A lovely, smallish hotel in Palermo area, staff v friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean, breakfast amazing quality, easy to walk to bars and restaurants, reasonable costs. Ask for room on poolside as street bars are noisy until v v late! (3/4am!)

Excellent hotel with fantastic service. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and made our first stay in Buenos Aires wonderful. The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the nearest subway, and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Palermo SOHO with all the great bars and restaurants.

New hotel, very clean, rooms cleaned twice a day, front desk very helpful in assisting with any issues from transportation from the airport to the local stores and dinner reservations. Great breakfast. Location is in a walking distance to Palermo Soho full of shops and restaurants. Around the hotel several restaurants and bars, very safe.

Great hotel in central Palermo. Fantastic service, great rooms, good breakfast and a great outdoor pool. For us this was an excellent hotel. Can definitely be recommended and we will use this hotel again.

Friendly staff, nice neighborhood. I was in a room facing the street on second floor, and it got noisy at times. First night 4 guys (probably drunk) decided to party on the sidewalk at 4am. Woke me up. That only happened once.

Great location in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Subway close as well with access to all that Buenos Aires has to offer. And we can’t forget that the front desk agents are so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wish we had more time to spend here. Highly recommend this if you want a true Argentinian experience.

Great location and surrounding neighborhood is walkable with hundreds of restaurants, I am no exaggerating, the restaurants have excellent food and very reasonably priced. The neighborhood is safe and the people are very friendly. The hotel is in good repair and clean. The breakfast served in the morning is good with lots of options.

Very secure building with pleasant and helpful staff. Communal areas very clean. Breakfast has lots of yummy pastries. Rooms are modern and clean. I was quite bummed that the rooftop was not open. This place is not for people easily affected by noise. If you get a room that faces the street, the street noise is very loud 24/7. Even if not facing the street, noises from neighbors, hallway, upstairs, outside are all very loud. Earplugs were a must for sound sleep. But, I did stay at another hotel in the area earlier in my trip and it was also very loud, so that might just be how it is anywhere.

The hotel is very noisy. The rooms have doors around an internal atrium with an elevator in the middle and a dining hall at the bottom. I could hear the elevator as though it was in my room, the sound of people dining, walking, talking was very loud from 7 in the morning. I had to sleep with ear plugs every night. One morning, the sound was coming from the pool (I had pool facing windows). I felt like there was no escape from noise The air conditioning control didn't work. If I changed the temperature on the dial - the air conditioner did not go colder / hotter. The only options were ON or OFF. The rooms were clean, a bit sterile - all white.. It was ok, but I wouldn't stay again

Besides the zen decor and cleanliness and most important was the good attitude of staff. Nothing can be more annoying than when staff gets irritated if you need help. They were all super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to accomdate my every need.
