One of the goos features was buffet breakfast and that was included in stay before. Now is additional and cost 20€ which is absolutely ridicilius. Not even 5 min away very good restaurant offers all you can eat breakfast buffet for less than €7. Best hotel feature roof terrace is closed for years now.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Lots of nearby dining options. They arranged ride to airport, which went smoothly. We only stayed one night.

The room I had was on the seventh floor, it didn’t have a shower just bath, so if that’s a problem be careful the room you go for. The night reception man with the grey hair is rude and not intelligent, couldn’t help a simple request and poor customer service.

Since I cant say it anywhere else i will do it here. HOTELS.COM deleted my acumulated stickers to change them for a cash program not even close to have the same benefits. This is the last time I will use them to book anything. Terrible idea!

Quick and efficient late check in. Got two rooms for our party which were very comfortable and quiet for a great night’s sleep. Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Available parking in secure garage. Highly recommend.

The air conditioner was set at 24,5 C, which was way too hot. I repeatedly asked the staff to lower it, they said every time that they would and never did :(

Nice Hotel. Convenient if you need to be near the BELEXPORT CENTER. The only drawback is that you cannot change the temperature at the room, and mine was way too hot at night. The windows do open but if you open them, the noise from the highway will be too loud. Overall an ok hotel

Front desk staff not helpful at all with the most basic requests. Rejected package that came for me when I was not at the hotel. Called them to intervene and to confirm that I will pick up the package in half of hour when back to the hotel — did not want to accept the package. Person with the package could not wait and this brought me a lot of truble. And I booked 6 rooms for 10 people. Disappointed, will not be back.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is very close to airport and has its own transportation for a charge that is equal to taxi ride. The only problem i had is that there is no distinct or separate smoking area. I am non smoker and in a restaurant smokers are just a table away without any physical separation. With two or three smokers arround was very dificult to have nice dinner.

Clean, great assortment of breakfast foods, real cooked breakfast meals not just toast and butter. The staff are like family. Milica in the restaurant/cafe area literally sets out to cater to anything a visitor may need. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
