Nice hotel. Our room was clean. The toilet made loud gurgling sounds for at least one minute after flushing. The AC was very ineffective. Otherwise…all the staff was extremely friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and I appreciated the recycling efforts.

Only issue was no coffee in room. As such, had to get dressed to go downstairs into casino before 7 am.

All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Our room was large with a very large bathroom and separate water closet. Very large shower, the towels were high quality and crispy white. The entire hotel was very clean, including our room, and I am extremely picky. The bed was comfy, nothing special. The bathroom lighting was a bit low considering the dark palate of the room, and service was a bit slow in the Eggington restaurant. Overall, the hotel was great and we would stay again, although we prefer to be in Solvang where we can walk to restaurants and tasting rooms.

Pool was advertised as heated but was very cold. Pool bar was closed and there were no water stations. I even called the hotel to make sure the pool would be open since they emailed regarding pool maintenance after I booked and none of this was mentioned. Room was newer and clean. Mattresses were ok.

Free valet parking even if you’re not staying in their rooms is already a plus side! Room is big and clean. Surprisingly, the pool is quiet for an August Sunday afternoon. It was very relaxing to be at poolside. We only wish that the pool bar and resto is open late. Pool bar and resto closes at 5 pm but they do have the convenience store where you can buy beer, bottled juice and snacks.

Being called a $ *, rooms had very minimal basic aminities. 1.Shower had no power ( being a rainshower) 2.No supplies in bathrooms other than towels & Shower gels 3.No shower caps & other basic supplies 4.Rooms had no coffee, cups 5.Beds were soft

Had the MOST WOUNDRRFUL TIME IT WAS MY NEPHEWS BIRTHDAY AND I WON A JACKPOT 🎉 SUPER AMAZING STAY WITH THE FAMILY. EVERY BODY AT THE RESORT AND CASINO AT CHUMASH WENT OUT OF THERE WAY FOR US. It was like a Dream.

The only thing was the restaurants close too early the bar closes at midnight and the wait times at the bar to get drinks was too long and the wait times at Starbucks was way too long 45 mins for a cup of coffee ? And they used to sell really nice sterling silver jewelry there but not any more! And if I were management I would set up something to watch on tv on the rooms had no cable channels but funny thing is the sports bar played all the football college games were on tv but none in the rooms ! Things that make you go huh. !

Love staying here. Everyone is so nice, Spa is great. High end Restaurant is excellent- sports bar ok, but not my thing. Wish they had room service and a few more dining options like an Asian or Italian restaurant.

Our bed was very uncomfortable and it leaned to one side. Hard to get good rest. Everything else at the hotel was great.

It was very very nice. The only thing I might offer is that the views from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor are marginal at best. This was not a big deal for us, as we spent very little time in our Room. But, Its only when rooms secured from the 4th floor up do you find views that are expansive, refreshing & relaxing.

The bathroom barn door idea i horrible to begin with but ours was broken. Shower head so big you had no choice but to get hair wet. Shower horrible. No drawers to put your clothes bad to leave in suitcase

Honestly a really good casino lots of little towns to visit. And it’s adults only which is nice if you want to just get a way and have a kid less weekend. Will be back

Very nice upgraded room. The bathroom/.vanity area was big. Huge shower. Loved the fluffy mat available to step on when coming out of shower. All was great but I would not stay on 5th floor next to pool. Too loud in the early hours with rolling carts and slamming doors around. The only thing we did not like about the room/bed was the pillows. They definitely need to change them out. Stiff and small. Hurt my neck.

Pool area and spa were great. Property and room were very clean. However, we had 2 queen beds and the air conditioning blows directly onto the head of one of the beds making it extremely uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Ended up just flipping around on the bed at 3:30 in the morning just to get some sleep. TV reception is also very hit or miss. The night we stayed about half a dozen channels did not get reception, including ESPN and ESPN 2. When I mentioned both of these things upon checkout the only response I received was "next time call down and we can send someone up to look at the TV". Not an option when getting back to the room at 11 at night and hoping to watch Sportscenter. Also, no empathy for the air conditioning ruining my sleep. Would happily come back to the spa, but there are many other better hotel options in the area.
