A excellent find. The staff was incredibly helpful, quick and kind. The room was clean and comfy. The converted indoor pool was so fun for the kiddos. And the best continental breakfast experience with a restaurant style setup and tons of buffet options. Book it!

Spectacular service, from the front desk to the restaurant/bar. We brought our fur baby and they even had special treats prepared for her. The accommodations were perfect and so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great hotel! Very, very friendly staff and the restaurant/breakfast was wonderful. Perfect place if you have children- a large indoor area they can run around before sitting in the car again and a nice pool. We’re seniors with no kiddos and our room was quiet. If ever passing through again, will be staying here for sure.

A truly nice respite in Raton. The clerk who checked us in was pleasant and competent. Her overview was quite helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The large atrium afforded all rooms inside access to hotel services, including the large, indoor pool. The assortment of breakfast options was phenomenal.

We had a great stay! Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, good pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Our room was in the Courtyard by the pool. I would suggest requesting this area if possible. The other rooms are outside. The pool was much larger than I expected and fairly warm. The restaurant was really good for dinner and breakfast. All the hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

This motel is a great way station traveling on the interstate. I really liked the pet friendly option. Very clean room and good value. It was nice to have the warm green chilis and tortillas for breakfast - you know you are in New Mexico! I wish there was a water filling station in the lobby!

I stay at this hotel frequently and it is by far the nicest in Raton. Unfortunately this last visit was a big dissapointment. While the staff is always wonderfull the condition of my room was unacceptable and ruined my stay. The hvac in the room didnt function properly and could not maintain a consistent temperature. It was eirmther freezing or boiling. Second there was something wrong with the plumbing so that every time the guests above me used their bathroom it caused a very loud cracking noise in my room thst sounded like the wall was breaking. This woke me up repeatedly and I got no sleep at night. This hotel is too expensive to be uncomfortable and sleepless. Maintenence needs to step it up.
