My husband and I stayed at GrandZ for our anniversary. Our room was not ready at check-in time. We were told to give them five minutes after the manager went up to see why it wasn’t ready. We had rented a room with a view. The view was the side of a mountain at one window and a rooftop of the building next to us out the other window. The sheets have been changed on the bed and there were clean towels. But that was all that had been done to the room. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the headboard of the bed was dirty, there was gunk under the lip of the bathroom sink, and worst of all, the next morning while straightening the bed I noticed the comforter had not been changed, and there was grape jelly or something purple on the comforter from the previous guest! This was brought to the attention of a lady at the front desk. She brought up another comforter. Needless to say, we will never book a room at GrandZ again.

I think the place was ok. Clean well looked after. Restaurants were under staffed so not great with anything.

The hotel is in amazing condition, set beautifully into the mountainside. Eli at the front desk is amazing. He is so friendly and helpful. Anthony at the bar is also WONDERFUL. He was such a delight to converse with and he shared all about the area.
