Buono x uno stop and go

Posizione buona e in alto a Lione. Stanza piccola ma adeguata . Non pulitissima. Buona la colazione e ottimo il servizio di spremuta delle arance

Che l’unica finestra dava sul corridoio di accesso per cui non c’era una tenda normale ma solo oscurante e tapparella per cui vuoi. Alla reception la ragazza è stata maleducata dicendo che non avevo dato i dati della fattura e quando a colazione ho chiesto l’acqua mi ha riempito una bottiglia con acqua del rubinetto…. Orribile.

Bruyant : on entend trop les occupants qui passent dans les coursives à toute heure , ils ne font pas respectueux (2h00 puis 3h00 du matin), ma chambre donnait au-dessus de la réserve , bruit tôt le matin, camion qui manœuvre etc . Pas de chance pour cette fois

Le confort de la chambre et la literie Le petit déjeuner complet Mention spéciale au restaurant de l'hôtel délicieux et au personnel adorable !! J'ai passé une super semaine dans cet hôtel merci a l'ensemble du personnel d'accueil et de restauration tous adorables !!!

L'accès à la chambre en coursive Chambre donnant sur parking non sécurisé (juste caméras de surveillance) Pas d'ascenseur Gros problème pour l'insonorisation des chambres ; on entend absolument tout et surtout le camion poubelle tous les jours a 6h30... Dur dur

- chambre mal isolée et bruyante, - Monsieur de l’accueil incompétent (doit s’y reprendre plusieurs fois pour édité une facture, écoute en boucle du rap à la réception, nous demandons un taxi car hôtel très isolé et les Uber ne viennent pas forcément, il est incapable de nous aider, très lent dans chacune des actions) - moisissure et cheveux dans la douche - pas de pression dans le jet de la douche

Good overnight stop-over accommodation

Good location close to city centre but easy access to major roads. Plenty of parking. Motel style room with individual front doors and electric sun shutter, air con and good bathroom. Restaurant mainly serves grill food (eg. burgers and steaks) - reasonable value and convenient. Ideal for overnight stay. Convenient and comfortable stop-over on our way to the alps.

Beds are awful, you could feel the mattress springs Toilet and bathroom not clean and with mold Another guest had his car broken into! It seems not a safe area to stop I was charged for breakfast again altough it was included in the price. It was a hassle to tecover my money

Shower is fantastic. Car parking accessible and onsite. Dog was welcomed. Tea and coffee making facilities. Location was good for us.

This is a good value for the price for a night or two. They have a good breakfast spread and we’re nice and accommodating. Some of the negative comments weren’t true I did not hear any street noise. It was quiet and peaceful but not many others were there. It’s a cute little town away from the downtown area.

Not sure about the AC and there was light mold on the shower ceiling. It does not have an elevator for second floor rooms. If you are there on a Sunday you have to go to the pizza restaurant one town over because NOTHING is open.

Good place to visit Lyon for a short period

All good.

Should not have tried to process the 100eu deposit without the guest authorization (before checked-in) using the card details that was provided during the booking in Booking.com; the deposit, afterall was being processed during the check-in.

Good place for a stopover but be mindful all local restaurant’s are close on Sundays

Staff were great and were very happy to sort out a few issues we made them aware of . Great breakfast . The second bedroom offered was in very good condition and so was the bathroom. It was great We were able to park the car outside of our room.

The first room given was unacceptable to us due to the mould in the shower, broken panel above the toilet and door handle in the bathroom needed attaching to the door properly too. We struggled to find somewhere to eat as all local restaurants are closed on Sundays - we did manage to get a takeout pizza which was lovely.

Very pleasant stay, dog friendly, yet very clean.

My daughter and I arrived late at night, at 02:30. We had called in advance to let them know of our late arrival. The reception had been informed of this and we were given the key. The room and bed was very clean. Comfortable mattress, pillow and linens. Very good night, very quiet, very good breakfast. The lady was so kind to serve us breakfast, even though we were a bit late.

I was a bit surprised at the construction of the hotel. it is a prefabricated structure. embedded in a garden area. Actually very nice during the day. It was just our late night arrival in the dark that made me feel uncomfortable. Access to the hotel rooms is from the garden area, not through the main building where the reception and the restaurant are located. Arriving in the middle of the night, in the dark, two women alone, it would perhaps have been helpful if the gentleman at the reception could have helped us to locate the room. At first I felt a little unsafe, due to late night arrival in the dark.
