Wonderful! Clean, quiet, size of rooms are large, and staff is the best. Loved it

Peaceful. Paradise. Loved it. Comfy seating on dock- perfect spot to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed - full size fridge and stove. Clean bbq on pool deck. Coffee, fruit and banana bread for breakfast in open lobby on hillside - beautiful spot to start the day listening to roosters amd cooing birds.

Away from the mainstream, this side of the island was peaceful and beautiful. Paradise Bay was just perfect for us. Accommodations were just right with all amenities as described. Our view from the Waterfront Cottage opened and closed each day with the beautiful Kualoa Mtn. Small car is suggested as parking everywhere is tight. Recommend to anyone who wants a hidden gem away from crowds. Friendly staff who shared their favorite places to eat and visit. Mahalo!!

The staff at as nice and the place is clean. There was no couch. All we had were 2 wicker chairs with cushions. This makes a 4 day stay a little rough because you can’t relax. I’m f they had a couch I would have been satisfied with everything.

Great views. Accommodating staff because he gave me his parking spot so I wouldn't have to walk as far. I appreciated that since I had a good amount of items to carry. They helped me find stores close by that sell reef shoes.

It was an excellent stay. I loved the early morning yoga. The staff were hospitable and attentive.

Surprise at the condition of surrounding properties. Poor parking. Given wrong room on check in. Had to stay there for two nights before corrected not reimbursed . 2nd room much nicer except the deck roof leaked and air conditioning water ran all over the floor

Beautiful, secluded and tropical.

The grounds, yoga, and view from the room were spectacular! Don’t let the suburban neighborhood turn you away. It was clear that the staff worked hard to provide clean rooms, despite the older and well used buildings and rooms. The lack of food services make this resort feel a little more like a Vrbo than a hotel, but the staff was very helpful about recommending restaurants. Would definitely stay again for the room and to try their water amenities. Be sure to book kayak or SUPs well in advance of your stay (included in the resort fee), you will definitely want to get out on the bay!

I always love staying at paradise bay it’s so secluded and away from everything like its own little island. The only thing is parking can be frustrating at times in the evening. But overall love this place!!

During my stay, I had several issues with the bathroom equipment. The first room that I checked into had a broken shower that was completely unusable. After contacting the front desk, I was moved to another room for the second night of my stay. The room in which I was moved into only had freezing cold water. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said that they were aware of the problem. I found it a bit strange that they moved me into this room, knowing of the water temperature issues. I then got upgraded to a new room for my third and final night at this resort. That room was perfect, functioning amenities and all. During this saga, the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Their customer service made my stay worthwhile, despite the many problems with the room conditions. Overall, this resort needs work on their room maintenance and their housekeeping. However, I had returned to this resort because the location is great and the views are superb. The hotel grounds is kept up immaculately and the stunning views are are jaw-dropping. The yoga and kayaks and paddle-boards they offer are a welcome bonus.

Absolutely loved this place: the view, the free canoeing out into the bay, and the super friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable, the scenery was magnificent, and the location was minutes from everything we wanted to do during our visit. There are so many choices I'm Oahu and this is the to of my list for a future visit.

The property was great. Some of the amenities offered on the site were not available i.e. the boat access to the Kaneohe sandbar. The boat was not operational and when my wife called to inquire about booking the week before our trip we were not informed it wasn’t working. This is one of the reasons we booked with this resort.

It’s somewhat private in a rather remote location, & hard to navigate along very narrow streets. I would never have found it if not for GPS. Parking is extraordinarily limited & challenging, & the driveway is at about a 90 degree slope! I had to get out of the car to look, because it looks like you’re about to drive off a cliff! Otherwise pleasant & quiet.

The facility is amazing and accommodated our 2 year old very well.

It’s in the middle of what appears to be a low/middle class residential neighborhood. Parking is difficult.

The views

The room and property itself was very nice. There is a snack breakfast that goes pretty quickly so get there at 6 AM.

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature and wake up to water and mountain views. In these aspects Paradise was great. We would adjust the "resort" to "hotel" as a description for this property as it was really a pretty clean room but no amenities associated with a resort. The staff while again generally friendly were more on the level of a mid tier hotel. Finally, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, while probably safe may cause some to feel they turned down the wrong road. We would stay again and recommend if looking for a quiet hotel off the beaten path.

Paradise Bay was beautiful with great lanai cold AC. Gorgeous view. Staff was superb. Could not ask for more.

So beautiful, this is more a boutique lodge. Had a Bali vibe. Loved it.

There was an infestation of cockroaches in my hotel room. They were even in the drawers where the utensils were! I also saw that there was insect/bug poising underneath the countertop stove. The hotel did not seem surprised with the fact that this was going on.
