I slept so well every night, it was really quiet. Loved having a kitchenette to sort my own meals. This was a good thing because there is only one restaurant nearby. I think mainly this hotel is for car owners who can travel around easily. There are bus stops 5 minutes walk away, but the buses are not very frequent. However, as I was attending an event at the Palais des Sports, the location was really convenient. But it's a long way out of town.

In General everything is good, but the shower bath is a bit small. Besides a good place to stay... I do recomend the place to whom, who'd like to discover Pau and the Area...

Not very clean. Fan in bathroom and kitchenette didnt work. Bed ok and nice to have kitchenette although only one tiny trash can in bathroom, none in bedroom or kitchen. Only one set of towels for 2 people. When I asked for more was told they were in closet but werent.

Our dog was attacked multiple times by the local feral cat in the courtyard leading to our room. The reception staff tried to stop attacks but then allowed the cat into reception and fed it with ham. On complaint to the reception manager who shout repeatedly at me it was not their fault our dog was attacked. I felt I couldn’t take my dog out of the room without carrying him to make sure the coast was clear. A terrible experience!!! We booked a disabled room which was on the 3rd floor. No bathroom facilities suitable for disabled at all no hand rails or seat and a shower a wheelchair would not access. Lacking in kitchen ware 1 mug 1 wine glass for 2 people. We have stayed in other all suite many time and found them great. WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!!

good location and very acceptable accommodation for our short overnight stay. Receptionist was very clear and spoke excellent English giving us a very warm welcome. We had to leave very early in the morning and she reminded us to take the gate entry info with us and not leave it in the room with the door key. Have used several times and will use again.

A splendid hotel with friendly and helpful staff; clean room and comfortable bed. Just one small disappointment and that was the size of the towels, which were far from bath size. Will definitely stay here again.

PAU is a fantastic French town with the All-Suites, in the middle of the town centre. If you need parking, I strongly advise you to check availability before booking the accommodation as there are only approx 6 spaces, if you don't book you will be disappointed! There is parking nearby but is charged for length of time, I paid €12 euro for overnight approz 14 hours. Also make sure you have clear directions if driving as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and you will need instructions on access.

I have stayed at All Suites several times. The room is always very clean, the staff are attentive and very nice. And I appreciate the little gym---a rare amenity in modest accommodations in France.

As before staff very friendly, helpful & professional. Have stayed several times now over the last couple of years, the first time was excellent however it appears that the quality of the studios that were allocated to us over the period has gone downhill in as much that they have got smaller and looking a little tired. This last studio we stayed in lacked the care & presentation that we expected. Must say the shower cubicle was very "compact". AND workmen started repairs in the adjacent studio before 09.00hrs I was woken by a lot of hammering/banging.

Excellent service from friendly & english speaking front desk staff. Easy access from & to main roads. Secure parking. Shower was lovely and hot with plenty of power. For me bed, quilt & pillow was very comfortable. Room size with mini kitchen was very adequate for the two of us. Only comment would be that the bath towels were a little on the small side,or I could do with a little weight loss, however they dried me good. Could hear the neighbours a bit however this may be due to the room having a connecting door. All in all another good stay for the third time. Breakfast has a good selection unfortunately didn't have time to sample and enjoy this time. Very good value for money

We were informed by Expedia agent that there was air conditioning. We found out there were no air conditioning when we got there. This was in June and the weather was hot. We had to open the window but since there were no window screens, many insects flew in at night. We tried to check out of hotel but Expedia was not able to contact anyone due to limited front desk service. In the end, we had to stay for the remainder of our booking uncomfortably.

i SPENT TWO AND A HALF HOURS DRIVING AROUND THE LARGE AND COMPLICATED CITY OF PAU TRYING TO FIND THIS HOTEL. It is in a new part of town near the autoroute but virtually no-one has heard of ot, or even the street it is on, or even the Avenue it comes ogf !! I asked 6 different people and was sent on 3 wild goose chaces. I was about to give up when I happenned to ask a lady who actually knew it !

This is a large one bedroom apartment. You can use a full kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine that costs a little extra but worth it. (They have to unlock an electrical cabinet to turn the power on to the appliances). The hotel staff speaks good English, very friendly and helpful. The town center is nearby. The city has many parks and is quite green and leafy. This is the place to stay to relax and unwind, if you have been traveling for a while.

Room was quite clean and facilities were OK. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as the mattress dipped in the middle a bit. Somewhat noisy the first night as some guests seemed to arrive late and leave very early. Breakfast was fine with a reasonable choice.

The hotel is good but in a terrible location. There are 2 restaurants but one is just beef and the other is a 10 minute walk for just ok French food. The room is good but a couple of recommendations - there needs to be a luggage stand to put a suitcase on and the bathtub/shower needs adhesive grips for the bottom of the tub - way too slippery. In addition, the hotel called me a taxi which was way too expensive for basically a 12 minute ride! Check first - even though they don't have Über - treat the taxis as if!

What kind of hotel closes the reception at 7pm. I came at 7:30pm and they were gone. They 'claimed' they called me to give me a code to a lock box, they did not try to call. Thus I paid for the night in the hotel that I did not get and had to go to another. Expedia could not get them to cancel/refund. It was a two night reservation and I was no the hook for the 2nd night, so I had to come back The mattress was hard The pillows tiny The water heater tiny.

reception is not 24 hour. Nice hotel/appartment, location good for airport ( number 20 bus stops close to hotel ). Location poor for Pau center - approx 3 miles, train station 4 miles ( 13 euros day, 20 euros sundays ). Hotel clean, reasonable breakfast available, laundry room. No decent restaurant close, good supermarket approx 1.5 miles. Would recommend this hotel for a one night before flying. Would not recommend for a longer visit, plenty of reasonable hotels at decent prices in the Pau center. No air conditioning.

English-speaking staff were excellent when I was running late and missed the check in time, as they gave me perfect instructions over the phone. Room was immaculate and a very good size, well maintained and laid out. Location on edge of town made it easy to find, was well signposted too. Breakfast was continental and decent, no restaurant attached so you'll need to head into town for some grub.
