The garden is beautiful and there is plenty of area to walk around and sit in the sun and enjoy it. Quiet back yard to our house and lovely spa. SUPER clean.

A really peaceful place for a short break. We liked the covered parking, the roomy villa that had good facilities & its balcony over the property’s large pond - including the resident ducks! Lovely place

After a short drive through gorgeous grounds, opening the door to my villa and out to the lakeside porch, I was immediately relaxed yet overcome with the beauty of the place. Sunrise taken in from bed, spa bath next door perfect after a hard day of being a punter at Riverboats Festival. Hopefully returning soon to enjoy the atmosphere, amenities and just chilling with the birdlife and fish. Highly recommend. My respects to the Wallithiga Clan, Peoples of the Bangerang Nation.

The cooking facilities are great. This time being our third year in a row, we were a little disappointed with little things that need to be fixed or replaced are not, also there was an alert for water to be boiled in the area however there was nothing to notify us of this when we arrived. Luckily when we went out again we saw signs letting us know this.

It was very beautiful place we were 4 families with about 9 kids and because of all the facilities they had our kids loved the place they didn't want to leave and it was very clean

This proerty is so cute. It is nestled amongst nice green maintained gardens, has 2 x pools and a games room and also has some pretty cool bbq areas. The main road gets quite loud if you are in one of the front units and the road at the side of the property which I think is for staff or residents is quite busy and loud. The property itself is so cute as well, unfortunately though it was pretty poorly maintained. We had so many termites on the floor and front windows, loke it was not cleaned at all. The flooring is clewely termite ridden as it is cracked or broken in lots of sections. The dryer did not work well, barely dried a couple of towels and the knob was broken. The loungeroom air conditioner front flap was also broken so it could only point the air down. Staff were ansent, it was a self check it and we happened to accidentally catch one staff member to tell her the issues and she said the property had been cleaned the day before which i highly soubt. Other than that it was quite a good lotle place to stay, somethkng different, something with its own charm and it was reasonably proced.

It was a beautiful stay, we absolutely loved it! Nice and quiet, gorgeous balcony to sit and watch the ducks on the lake, amazing amenities and love the villa we stayed!! Definitely will stay again :)

Great 3 night stay with all our family 15 in total in 4 units. Lovely setting the gardens are beautiful and very comfortable units. 2 lovely pools and a games room. Even fishing from the lake balconies which the boys loved. Will definitely return to this hidden gem.

What a wonderful place to stay. A lovely self contained apartment, with plenty of room for our family. Very clean, my kids especially loved the pool and the games room. The gardens and views there are stunning. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend away at the resort. The kids loved all of the facilities especially the pools and the play room. The resort is very relaxing and spacious. We were very happy with the apartment, it was so clean, tidy and comfortable. We were so surprised at how spacious it was also. We especially loved soaking in the spa. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic idea with these reclaimed timber cottages being nestled around a lake. They would have been brilliant when first built but are getting a little tired and due for a makeover. Spacious for a couple and fairly well appointed..... potential to become a 5 star retreat with owners obviously taking care to improve the surroundings.

I loved the overhanging trees and the peaceful ambiance. There was a great games room and pools. It was clean and maintained. It lacked flyscreens so we could not leave the door open for air on the hot days without being eaten alive.

perricoota vines was more than we expected. perfect position with the veranda over looking the water . The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay . thank you for giving us a hassle free relaxing break to start our New Year

Loved the location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the fern feature outside the spa window. Such an amazing touch to the feel of the place. Facilities are fantastic. Only recommendation would be for a vacuum in the pool as there were many bull ants on the pool floor

Nice place to stay.We went in the middle of winter, it would be an ideal place for families in the spring and summer.Only complaint WIFI was a little hit and miss.

We booked for a five night stay and unfortunately due to my husband suffering a medical emergency we only stayed one night . However the unit we had was amazing .....looking out onto the water , amenities were spotless and we know we would have enjoyed all the facilities that the retreat provided. Location was excellent with only a short trip into Moama or Echuca . Thankyou to the caring owner for her concern re my husband and allowing us to leave the car behind . We hope to come back one day and enjoy the splendid accom and facilities .
