Belles prestations et localisation au top !

Séjour exceptionnel ! Rien à redire, équipe d'animation au top ! Plage joignable depuis l'hôtel et sentier côtier magnifique !

Bon séjour mais déçu par le manque et la diversité des activités

L'accueil du personnel et le site

Trop peu d'activités en journée et le soir pour un village vacances. Certaines activités du programme affiché ne sont parfois pas réalisées. Les locaux qui viennent juste pour profiter de l'hôtel et de ses activités tournent en rond.

Séjour très agréable et reposant.

Le sourire, l'amabilité du personnel. Très bon accueil du personnel de nettoyage aux serveurs. Ils se proposent même de prendre les photos pour vous. Nous avons été fascinés par le paysage et les plantes. Bravo !

Les oiseaux, les mouches et moucherons qui s'invitent dans le restaurant. Des moucherons morts dans le fromage blanc et sur les fruits. Il n'y pas beaucoup d'activités pour les ados. Ma fille s'est un peu ennuyée.

Excellent séjour, nous y retournerons.

Nous avons fait le choix de la demi-pension, et nous étions ravis. La nourriture était bonne et variée.

Nous pensons qu’un changement de serviettes de toilettes pour les séjours excédant 3 jours est nécessaire.

Море великолепное. В целом все нормально, кроме досадных мелочей

Когда обнаруживаешь в номере сейф с отсутствующим замком (его просто вырезали, а новый не поставили), когда в замке двери личинка выпадает при закрытии двери, как-то это портит настроение. Еда в ресторане неплохая, но однообразная (даже за два дня надоела, что уж говорить о тех, кто приехал на неделю)…

Good for families, a lot to offer

Breakfast was great but easily accessible by birds so they were stealing a lot.

Room quality was definitely not the best. Internet connection could better too

Wonderful, welcoming and resourcing stay! :)

The staff is extremely professional, friendly and polite. I felt welcome the minute I arrived and the check-in was super quick! :)

To be honnest, I have nothing I did not enjoy!

A pleasant discovery in a dream location.

I apologize for the delay in replying due to very busy work issues. Even now we all remember in the family as a wonderful vacation. splendid hospitality, very kind people and a dream place. Morover a huge compliment to La Matrinque and its inhabitants and visitors: the beaches were all spotless. Bravi. We miss those days.

All in all is it was a great time with my family.

I love the property, everything was very nice and accommodating to our every needs.

The toilet smelled like Pee from the day we got there. The smell was very bad. They should really focus on cleaning the bathroom with something That would take away the smell. I hated going to the bathroom.

A great hotel, wonderful staff and decent facilities

Had a very big room, good sized bed and balcony. There's kitchen facilities on the balcony including a sink, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Plenty of utensils for knocking out a decent small meal. Nothing better than sitting out, enjoying the view with a bacon sandwich and a coffee. The pool was quiet and big enough to accommodate quite a few people although it was never busy. Despite the hotel being full, there was never a feeling that it was, even at breakfast. Full praise for the reception staff (Nancy and Tania), who were very helpful, even managing to extend our stay, despite it being a busy weekend.

My A/C always seemed to be struggling so the room was never really cold except in the small hours of the morning. There is a step down from the narrow shower doorway that some, less able, may find difficult. The water in the room was cold but was soon fixed once I'd reported it.

I was pleasantly surprised about our stay. We were in Martinique building with direct view of the pool and sea which was amazing when taking breakfast or dinner.

Nice stay at the Pierre & Vacances Martinique

The bedroom was large and comfortable. The hotel's Beach is quiet and cute.

I may be accustomed to the American standards but the AC was not strong enough according to me. The hotel's buffet/restaurant was fully booked every night so we had to go sideways both evenings.
