Got a free upgrade to a larger room when I checked in which was a nice surprise Pleasant room with victorian style tall windows and high ceiling. Great shower and bed was comfy. Only small gripe was hotel wifi didnt reach my room but I got 4G signal so was able to message home. Would happily stay again. Very tasty food in the bar and breakfast was excellent

Room was plain and basic but good value for £50 with sea view. However the two soap dispensors were empty.

We were in town looking at areas for us to move to when we manage to sell our house.

Definitely a tourists hotel visiting Weymouth. Staff on arrival were okay, not too cheerful. I couldn’t get over the amount of fines suggested for different types of damage and behaviour. Made me feel there are regular issues at the hotel. Reception staff made nothing of it when I commented. Shame the lift was out of order too.
If you are looking for an average hotel at a reasonable price this is for you.
Parking along the Esplanade is FREE between 6pm and 8am.

Really enjoyed our stay in Weymouth

On the plus side it was close to the seafront, comfortable mattress, and comparatively cheap. However the room had very limited space, noisy as old single glazed window next to busy road and noise from others inside. Shower temperature too hot couldn't adjust. Door sticking and required force to open and shut

No parking on the day of arrival.
Dirty bathroom, plug full of hairs so shower wasn’t draining.
Tv remote didn’t work so couldn’t put on the tv.

Josh and Dan excellent chefs 10 out 20 for the quality of the food and how well it was cooked. The reception staff were kind and patient. Breakfast staff were also amazing we felt like we had a break thank you 😊

Very dated, lift wasnt working and room was located on the top 3rd floor. Room was extremely basic and poorly kept, bed was sloping to one side, even the floor was lope sided!

We really did have a lovely stay at the hotel in a themed room over bank holiday , lovely decoration for the kids and the ceiling lights were a winner for them, the staff were great and really willing to help if needed, the bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcomed,we ate there twice a day, most days and we all enjoyed the food, I really liked the family run, close relationship between staff feel to the hotel .
The only downside to the stay would be the overall cleanliness of the room.
On arrival, the shower had previous guests hair on the wall and a clump of hair and wet tissue on the bathroom sink.
I cleaned it all up no worries and didn't complain as these things happen.
The bunk beds in our room I would suggest reinforcing the slats, both children felt quite unsafe as they were quite cracked and creaky , probably made for smaller kids not 10 & 12, and down the side of the bottom bunk (face level ) the skirting board and carpet were completely thick with dust ,previous guests hair bands and but and bobs.
Absolutely everything else other that the mentioned was great and we had a fab time.

Lift did not function / power cut / Dirty floors / no soap in the shower dispenser. Hardly any hot water in shower. Parking is a shamble. One car parked behind another and you need to leave your keys at reception (£10/day).

I realize this was a boutique hotel on the wayerfront, and I did not expect complete luxury, but… Unfortunately, when I walked into my room, it was filthy… I had to clean the surfaces, the shower all of it before I could be comfortable. I wanted to change hotels, but I had just paid and I will not be staying here again.

Booked online and selected my room. Was nothing like the images shown for my room. Was smaller than a shoe box as a 5ft 6 person i didnt expect my feet to hang off the bed

New check in system was a faff. Lift out of action, long way up to the 3rds floor. external key press number was rubbed of the key ring so had to ring the door bell early hours to get in. Basin tap continuously dripping. Staff were welcoming and location good.

Parking was a bit mad! Considering it cost an extra £10 a day… otherwise, though, staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite clean and spacious. Location was great.

First I was checked into a wheelchair adapted room although I was assured it was just a normal large single room, first thing that hit me was the strong smell of urine on opening the door then found the bathroom to be a wet floor with hand rails everywhere, so asked for a different room and was given a double room which seemed fine although the shower cubicle was dirty and had not been cleaned properly in a good while, the bed was pushed up to and blocking the window so I had to climb on the bed to open and close the curtains, the net curtain was dirty and full of tears/holes so scruffy (when I asked why they placed the bed in this manor they said "we like it there") so when I went to bed around 10pm there was a loud rumbling sound outside the window which went on until around 3am and kept me awake by which time I couldn't get to sleep so at 6am I was walking on the esplanade. I went to reception and asked for a refund and said I would find somewhere else to stay, they gave a me third room on the second floor and admitted the noise was from the tumble dryer. this room was okay but the same thing with the dirty shower cubicle.
They charge £10 per night for the dog but don't service the rooms daily you have to ask for top up tea/coffee etc, it would be fairer to charge an amount for the complete stay as they only clean once.
The staff were quite helpful but my holiday was spoiled by the upset of all of the above, I can't recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.

Following my recent reservation I continue to request a refund. I was told at the time I would need to request via Hotels.com but on talking to them I find you should have arranged the refund. Please see the email below noting hotel.com's attempts to contact you.
Sadly, the reality is a very different image to the webpage.
On arrival the 'shared' car park meant I was to leave my keys on reception. Cars of double or triple parked.
I was then given direction to my room which was an 'out' building at the rear of the property.
The room was in need of decorating, the carpet was filthy, the shower facilities were substandard and certainly not clean.
The sofa was old and in need of replacing
The TV was on a wall that was not viewable.
I felt unsafe and the outbuilding entrance was dirty and felt like a shelter for the homeless.
A single female travelling for business. I did not feel safe & felt uncomfortable with the location of the room and the standard of the room I reported my concern to reception. On reporting my concerns to reception there was a queue of people also waiting to complain at the condition of their rooms.
I requested a refund for the room and the car park. I was referred to hotels.com who told me the hotel can issue. STILL WAITING FOR A RESONSE
When I requested the return of my car keys I was offered a box of key and asked which ones were mine and for me to pick a key (hardly secure). My keys were left on the counter not even secured.

My best friend and I booked a night away on a whim. We needed somewhere inexpensive that took dogs, and the Jubilee was the best option.
The greeting we received was so lovely and welcoming, Freddie the spaniel was treated like the royalty he thinks he is! We were able to check in early and got a great parking space, which was brilliant.
Our room - a twin - was on the small side, but was all we needed - two beds, (which were SO comfortable - and an en suite with a lovely hot shower. The towels were soft, the bedding was clean, and there was plenty of tea and coffee.
We spent the evening in the bar. The bar staff were absolutely lovely, and the young lady who was in charge of the cocktails certainly knew what she was doing!! I had downloaded the app for the entertainment, and we were able to choose the music all night which was great - and we did indulge in a bit of karaoke at the end of the night….
Breakfast was superb, everything was perfectly cooked, and there was plenty of it - just what was needed after the cocktails of the previous night!
If you’re looking for luxury, the Jubilee may not be the place for you - but if you’re looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank, and with staff that make you feel like you’re part of the family, you’ve found it.
Already planning our next visit!

Boiler had broken on the day we arrived! No hot water to our en suite bathroom. Other facilities were offered on the other side of the hotel! Then after being told this, we asked about parking. We were told that is going to be an extra £10 a night. And had to leave our keys behind reception as all the cars were double and triple parked! Considering we had no hot water, I thought adding an extra was a bit of a cheek. They did offer us discount at the bar if we drank in there!

The staff were amazing the hotel is a little tired but our room was newly decorated. Bathroom and shower extremely small
2.0 / 5.0
We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early.
Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and moved us to another room immediately. Great service
3.0 / 5.0
I choose the hotel as it had an outside hot tub however I didn’t realise there was an extra cost for this. This would have been fine but it was going to cost £54 for the 3 of us to use it for one hour! So disappointed ☹️
Also parking was stressful! Staff were lovely though.
3.0 / 5.0
The property was overpriced and too many stairways.
3.0 / 5.0
Upon arrival the staff was great but then I found out that breakfast wasn’t included with the price package and had to pay extra. My large room was on the 3rd floor and the lift wasn’t working and the room must of shrunk as it was tiny crammed with a double bed the bathroom was tiny and no air con. Then she parking was crammed in a small space which left me to leave my car in a car park near the town with a free permit from the hotel

Good location. About a 15 min walk to town centre. Sea view was nice.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room clean and spacious.
Unfortunately there was empty milk sachets in the tea and coffee area in our room so had to pop back down to get more milk from reception. There was no toiletries either only shower gel on the wall in a dispenser.
Traffic was very noisy throughout the night but not a huge issue. It was nice being able to have the huge windows left open all night.
Parking is £10 a night.
Comfortable beds. Shower lovely and hot.
