Very nice hotel with a charming, young staff. The room in which we stayed, called Norvege, strangely had no windows. It did have skylights, which can be opened. It also required carrying baggage up a spiral staircase. All do-able, but perhaps not the best for those who are not agile. All that said, we had a lovely time. Great breakfasts and a good location within walking distance of the Place de la Comedie and lots of eateries.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with effective double glazing so nearby trains / trams are a convenience rather than a nuisance. Room a little small , daily problems with the room key. Excellent breakfast , nice terrace

Smelt bad in the room, something like wc or bad cleaning of bathroom. Air conditioning not sure to work very well with an incident message on the command. And finally we were two, both agree with the shampoo/body lotion not very efficient.

All the staff very helpful. My friends had problem with car charger but staff sorted out extension lead. Breakfast buffet well stocked, and we loved the free pool table

Loved our stay here. Felt welcome as soon as we went through the door. The man on reception was joking whilst checking in guests. The lady on reception later in the day was also friendly & helpful. No problem with early check in. Bright spacious room.

I checked in the Hôtel Eurociel without any bites and came out two days later covered in bites all over my body. When i wrote to the hotel they said (predictably) that they had never had bedbugs and had inspected the room carefully. They didn't even bother to apologise, but said I could have a preferential rate if I stayed again - as if!

The location was great. The mildew smell in the bedroom because there was nothing separating it from the bed was overwhelming. The pillow was undersized and flat.

Budget friendly and clean hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable but it only had one very small pillow which was uncomfortable. The lights go off very quickly leaving you in the dark for eco reasons

Our stay was very pleasant with great service from the staff especially Mathias at the front desk. It was a short walk to Place de Comedie where the action is abundant with lots of food choices. We enjoyed a couple of dinners at IT (Italian Trattoria?) and one at Green Lab (healthy choice). Overall a nice visit

This was a great hotel for our 1 night stay. We had a 2 room suite for the 3 of us and it was perfect. It had a grat balcony to enjoy some wine/tapas at night and was spacious. The hotel staff were also amazing and friendly. They let us check in early and even gave us glasses to enjoy some champagne in the lounge while waiting for our train ride back to Spain!

A nice, modern hotel, with friendly (and English-speaking) staff. The onsite parking was good, but the roads leading to the hotel are very confusing for unfamiliar drivers; it took me a long time to finally navigate my way there.

We enjoyed our stay in the Loft apartment which was across the street from the main hotel. Service was friendly. Apartment was clean and updated with quiet balcony. The parking spaces were wide enough for our small SUV. We thought the location was very convenient. The area immediately around the hotel was quiet but didn't have much for dining options, but its only a few minutes' walk to an area with lots of cafes' and restaurants and a short walk to the main square and Place de la Comedie.

All the staff is very customer service oriented, kind, helpful- I cannot thank them enough. Just a 7 mins walk to the Polygone Mall and tons of cute restaurants. Five mins from the Gare St Roch …. Good breakfast.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly. The shower in the room was very big and excellent. The only annoying thing about the hotel is the fact that there is only one lift and it isn't the fastest. I ended up taking the stairs every single time.

I arrived by train and within 5 minutes was at the hotel. From the hotel it takes about the same time to reach the Place de la Comédie in one direction and about 3 minutes to reach Polygone shopping mall. Location couldn’t be more perfect. My room was surprisingly spacious with a good bathroom and unusually a separate bathroom although I think the room I received is probably larger than most in the hotel.
