I have stayed at this and other Wyndham hotels frequently but was astounded at how rundown and dirty the room I was in had become! The carpet was filthy! The bathroom shower had mold and the coffee maker didn't work. What is going on????? This has been my favorite stay when I needed to be in Escazu. IMPROVE IT!

When i got into the hotel i didn´t receive any information about the social areas in the hotel, so i wasn´t aware about pool area and gym.

The internet doestn work, every 3 min i have loosed the connecetion. Outside the lobby or the level 0 of the building (restaurant, gym frontdesk) once you get connecte you will loose the conncetion. The keys of the door has to be charged each day because the loose the code, 4 times this time i have had to go to return to de frontdesk to change the key

This was one of the recommended hotels for the Pan American Fencing Championships in which I was a participant. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful in recommendations and arranging excursions on my days between events. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of selections, and dinner menu was also great. Location made it easy to get to the fencing venue and downtown San José. It has a pool in which one could swim laps (not just for kids to splash around in) a jacuzzi and a workout room. Would definitely stay here again

Safe hotel with great parking and an EXCELLENT breakfast. Easy access to the main loop around San José. Not walkable, must have transportation or call UBER. Super friendly staff.

Great stay and both locations in Costa Rica. There is only one outstanding matter. I called hotels.com Twice and both times the agents simply hang up and never called back. It is the matter of the Price Match Refund that hotels.com has to add to my key cash account

Hotel is a little worn out. Used to stay here a lot precovid. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Rooms could use a make over. Price is appropriate for what you get.

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Only problem is they did not provide any of the VIP access I'm entitled to receive as an Expedia Gold member. I even asked for them and they replied saying early check-in was available for a charge. About room upgrade, they decided not to answer about it.

The hotel was packed due to a wedding but we had no issues. Free breakfast was outstanding, dinner was fine and very reasonably priced. Great indoor pool and hot tub and perfect location.

Hotel conveniently located in Escazu, just next the main road (rooms facing the autopista become noisy at certain hours...). I did not like the carpet everywhere, should be renovated. Pool and Gym are quite ample, always accessible, no surveillance. Gim could use a renovation too, or at least fixing of some equipments. Rooms are ample and spacious especially if travelling alone. Breakfast above average

Room was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Bed was dirty. But, we needed a place to lay our heads for 1 night so had no choice but to stay. I don't recommend this place.

This place is comfortable enough but could certainly use a facelift. The rooms are dreary and the internet connections very spotty (this may be more of a problem with Costa Rica than with the hotel, but still, I couldn't check in for my flight).

The shower water was not even warm… had to be adjusted by maintenance . Also the front staff was not very friendly. Lastly room is hot when you enter always have to turn air on. It would be good if they update to tv that allows you to cast. I speak only English and works like to be able to watch tv during stay. The best part of the hotel is the food! It was very good and the staff was very helpful & kind.

This hotel is located in a convenient location near Escazu Multiplza Mall. Our room which was the largest and one of the most expensive was located in the back of the third floor and facing a ravine full of trash. The room was dull with no decor. The bedsheet was kind of beige and worn out. The 2 chairs in the dining room were wobbling and definitely need to be thrown in the ravine. Our stay was only for one night, but check out 20 minutes after checking in. This hotel needs a total renovation.

Everybody was very helpful, and the breakfast was exquisite, it is a full hot breakfast with gallo pinto and the works. The only thing I did not like is that it is a bit away from everything including places to eat at a walking distance, but it was just perfect otherwise.

The staff is very kind, courteous and professional. The hotel and room are clean and spacious. Big problem, however: location of hotel is terrible! No way you can walk to any place to eat, see, etc. It’s adjacent to a busy highway; the back of the hotel faces an industrial area filled with dump trucks, tractors, etc. You have no choice, but to get a taxi if you want to visit any place even if just one mile away. Very unsafe to walk around the area. Unfortunately, the hotel uses deceptive pictures on their website which only show the facade of the building, rooms, restaurant, etc. It would tell a different story if they showed pictures of the street and neighborhood.
