The bedding under the sheets wwrw dirty as well as the currains. The ice machine had clear signs of significant water damage. The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. Was in hurry to leave.

We were on the top floor and it smelled pretty bad. The property was a non smoking one but still the beds and hallways smelled bad. We had change of rooms, not a good experience, had to stick around since it’s already late. Breakfast was okay, the reception person helped us in all possible ways.

The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of service and the other one only worked to go up. To come down to the lobby you need to use the stairs. When I checked in the front desk person didn’t even said hi or welcome. Very rude. The room door wasn’t locking so I had to go to the front desk. The same person at the front desk didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. He handled the new room key. The worst customer service ever received by a hotel staff. Will never stay there again.

This hotel desperately needs renovation. There is a very bad smell throughout the entire place and the rooms. We stayed 5 days and had no cleaning services. Only towel changes. The bathtub was horrible. The elevators didn't work. One was out of order and the other one didn't stop on the 3rd floor so we took the stairs. The WORST of all is that my daughters and I got stuck in the elevator on the last day. We were in there for 20 minutes and had the fire department come get us out. That was terrifying. The staff is nice. But the condition of the hotel is terrible

There was blood stains on the pillow and carpet next to it, and the staff wasn't the most friendly. And there was a guy who didn't have a card and had to put a $200 cash deposit in order to pay for the room with cash which is absolutely absurd

Upon first arriving, the alarm system at the front door was constantly beeping. Then, I noticed the smell of the property was unpleasant. Marijuana could be smelled in the elevator and the stairwells. Other halls had faint but perceptible tobacco smoke smells. The mechanical deterioration was very apparent. Getting the A/C units to work properly was impossible. I had two suites. Both had two A/C units. One of them would turn on and off and could not be set so the fan stayed on. This made sleeping a bit more difficult. Another the fan did stay on and it seemed to work well. Another could not keep the room dry and though it was cool, it was still rather humid. One room had a defective battery in the smoke detector and when asked for a new battery the front desk did not have any. Thankfully the battery was just a backup and it was wired in for power, but the chirping from the bad battery impeded our sleep. Cabinets were missing doors, curtains had huge rips in them. I needed the bedding to be replaced during my stay and instead of replacing the comforter/duvet with a similar item, they just replaced it with a thin sheet.

The property was dirty and smelly. The breakfast area was dirty as well. The bedsheets were smelly and there were ticks all over. The shower did not have soap and shampoo like other hotels. Overall, unsatisfactory experience, will never use this hotel again.

OK for a 2 night stay. Room had a smell to it and the curtains were ripped. Curtains were not a big deal in review just might show quality of upkeep. Shower had little to no hot water and it took forever to turn warm at best. Breakfast was nothing to speak of. Was conveniently located for what we needed with a lot of food and stores near by.
