Solide Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit großem Bett (1,40 oder 1,60m), was für mich ideal war. Im Zimmer war es ruhig und die Einrichtung war optimal. Da ich zwei Tage geblieben bin, gab es die „Welcome Card“ umsonst, die die kostenlose Nutzung des ÖPNV ermöglichte.

Für mich war es kein Problem in die Badewanne zu steigen, für größere Personen könnte das schwierig werden.

Posizione eccezionale con parcheggio a pochi passi dal tram che porta direttamente in centro. Struttura spaziosa, pulita e personale veramente gentile.

Letto scomodo, materasso durissimo e cuscino che non sostiene il collo.

Sehr freundliches Personal und auch sehr sauber. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Tiefgarage kann auch benützt werden.

Die Matratze war schon etwas durchgelegen, dies hat leider gestört.

Entspanntes Hotel in der Stadt

Sauberes, modernes Zimmer mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders schön war die Ruhe, die man trotz Stadtnähe hatte.

Die Betten waren sehr hart. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Beim Frühstück könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben.

Allein oder mit Familie schönes Hotel direkte Anbindung zur Straßenbahn erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Zentrum

Tolles Frühstück Buffet, in 50m ist man an der Straßenbahn geht es direkt in die City

Leider konnte man da nicht Abendessen Restaurant leider geschlossen und auch das Nachbar Restaurant war geschlossen

Consigliato, ma non con ondate di calore

Ottima posizione perché al capolinea del tram 3 che porta in centro in 20' (passaggi ogni 10' ca). La nostra tripla era ampia, i letti comodi; la colazione andava bene, anche se avrei gradito qualche croissant alla mattina, tuttavia abbiamo trovato sempre cibo che assecondasse i nostri gusti "all'italiana". Il personale molto gentile.

Purtroppo siamo capitati in un periodo che faceva molto caldo e abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte in quanto la struttura manca di aria condizionata; per meglio dire, ho notato che a Innsbruck non "usa" l'aria condizionata da nessuna parte, né in altri hotel anche di categoria superiore, né nei musei.. purtroppo i cambiamenti climatici dovrebbero far considerare di implementare questo dispositivo nelle camere dei clienti, perché al pagamento di 200€/notte per tripla con colazione, credo che un buon riposo notturno sia dovuto: per questo motivo non posso dare il massimo del punteggio, che altrimenti sarebbe meritato.

Un hotel excelent

Parcare subterana excelenta Camera dubla spațioasă Foarte curat Personal amabil Locatia excelenta, la 10 min de mers pe jos de mall unde puteți găsi diversitate culinara. Si la 3-4 minute de mers pe jos de stația de tramvai cu care ajungeți ușor în centru în 15 min.

Lipsa aerului condiționat din camera poate fi o problema în perioada calda, la final de septembrie nu a fost o problema reala pentru noi.

Would come again

A spacious room, a nice bathroom with a bath, everything in impeccable condition, very clean. A nice view of the mountains. Although not that close to the city centre, but close to a tram station. Delicious breakfast. Free parking in an underground garage just adjacent to the hotel.

My room was at the top floor under the roof (a mansard room), consequently it was very hot in the night making it hard to sleep. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a fan which didn't cool the room down a lot.

Firstly we loved the location. It was beautiful. With tram station just a walk away it was very convenient. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

My stay was short, but comfortable in Hotel Kapeller. I would stay there, again.

My total stay was extremely comfortable and the staff was way friendly, more than helpful. They made me feel at home. The room was modern and uber comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. the views around the hotels and the town, are breathtaking and spectacular!!! In short, I will return to Innsbruck and would like to stay in Hotel Kapeller

Nothing not to like. Well, one superficial thing. I love coffee all day and 24 hour coffee would be great!!! But, tha tis my being selfish.

Great place to stay overall if you don’t mind not AC!

Great location. Clean comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast.

No AC in the heat of the summer but with windows open and a fan it was bearable at night. Too hot inside during the day.

Exceptional

Superb reception desk. Whenever I contacted them, the staff were always willing to help and thoughtful. The breakfast was good; everyone should be able to find something tasty to eat and drink. There's an underground garage and a fan in each room. These help to fight scorching days. Great localisation to access Bergisel or as a one night stand (highway is nearby)

The secondary bed was creaking; it'd be much more comfortable if it weren't. Not a big deal though

Very nice hotel with amazing breakfast options, ample parking, and easy to get to.

Comfortable and clean, and a convenient location to the local transit stop, city center, local shopping mall, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints meeting house in Innsbruck.

we could not control the temperature of the room and it was too warm. they raised their prices too much over the holiday, so the value was not worth it- but there weren’t many options.

I will definitely recommend this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely staff, excellent location, great size of room, very comfortable bed, breakfast was good enough but every day same. Welcome cards were very handy.
