Good for the price. Very comfortable and clean. A bit noisy. The door on the bathroom did not shut easily. You could tell the other rooms had the same problem as the noise during the night was a lot. The doors need to be shaved a bit so that they close. Overall really great and clean for the price.

For the price it was reasonably good. The bathroom of my room seems to be renovated recently but the owner seems to have cut some corner and used old toilet seats which was a turnoff. The tub looked new but the workmanship wasn’t great and had gaps in the base where it connects to wall. hot water ran out quickly especially in busy morning times. Room was warm and cozy. Furniture and bed and linen looked clean and nice. Floor was nice too recently renovated. From the outside the roof of the motel looked real ancient. opposite to a big mall and many good fast food joints nearby makes it easy. Wendy’s and McDonald’s just few steps away. A bit far from Vancouver center but if you plan your day to be away sightseeing and just need a place to crash at night this is good option

I didn’t know the area before I booked. Just wanted to stay at some place affordable before going to Vancouver. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the place is. Across the street there’s a T&T supermarket . H Mart is a few blocks away. Costco (with a gas station) is within 6 minutes drive. Best place to stock up and fill up before Vancouver. The room was dated but quite clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I couldn’t find a reachable outlet by the beds, so I was forced to charge my phone on the desk. It ended up being a blessing as I had the best night of sleep for a very long time. I would stay here in a heartbeat if driving up to Vancouver again.

It was what I expected. I was a budget accommodation and that's what you get. Bare bones, but it appeared to be clean, and that's what we wanted. There should be a grab bar in the shower, it was unsafe for my partner especially. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

If you just need a bed and shower and nothing else this place is ok. My stay included lots of smokers which produced smoke that lingered into the room, a 2am fight and a couple of bed bugs.

It is OK to stay for a good night but if you’re planning to stay for more than one day, please go somewhere else which is poor, cheap and good. These people don’t offer you such more amenities and it is very expensive.

great owners who were great people and accomodating if we needed anything. safe location as the owner is known and a former correctional officer. room is good for what it cost. parking is easy and accessible. many locations nearby for shopping, food, or groceries. walkable as well. great place and would come back. reccomend!

The property is not safe to be around, especially if you have children with you. There are people staying at the motel that cornered me and I felt extremely unsafe. I do not recommend this place at all. The property is owned by a husband and wife, the wife is extremely disrespectful but the husband was willing to help us. I do not recommend this place at all.
