First night the people next to us were so loud, swearing, drinking and very loud Music. Kept us up u til 1:30am. In the bathroom there was black hair everywhere. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Made this reservation on behalf of my step father for my mother’s 50th bday. They had an amazing time and have not stopped talking about their since they returned. Next time I will be booking for myself!

The property is beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all the kitchen things we would need to prep our am coffees and breakfast.... and other meals if you chose to bring in groceries. But being across the st at the very end of the Villages area it was not convenient to use the beach, and restaurant on the mansion side. We were not supposed to drive and park over at mansion side, but use the shuttle. They need more frequent shuttles. Not great to have to wait 20 min in humid weather and esp in wet sandy beach attire, or when the rain came on our way to dinner. So,we did park by mansion--- feeling rushed and guilty trying to find a parking space. Ocean terrace did a good job of moving all the uncovered tables under the pavillion when a torrential rain and wind passed by--thank you. I prefer the ocean side beach and not the bay side there where the water/tide goes very far out in low tide- a long walk to get in deep enough to cool off.

Loved our rooms and the daily housekeeping of exceptional! I don’t normally leave a rooms tips for housekeeping but in this case I was happy tipping our lady $100. She was fabulous!

I must say this is one of my worst hotel stay experiences I’ve had thus far. We booked this vacation as a long, kid-free, birthday weekend and it was disappointing to say the least. The walls are paper thin. It sounded like the neighboring unit of obnoxious kids were in my room with us, screaming, wrestling, banging things, the mother yelling- awful! Couldn’t even drink morning coffee in peace. Then the people above us sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. We got no sleep. I requested to be moved within 20 minutes of being in the room and was told they could not accommodate that. Hence, we tried to spend as little time as we could out of the room to avoid the “neighbors” and couldn’t even enjoy the room. Awful experience! If I wanted to be surrounded by screaming kids, I would have stayed home and saved $1100.

We had a great stay at Ocean Edge. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. While we had passes to use the private beach, we chose to explore other beaches in the area. With Ocean Edge’s central location, we were able to drive in different directions to explore various attractions. We visited the Arbor Pool each afternoon and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We will definitely be returning to Ocean Edge.

Everything was great until the checkout, when they charged us without explanation and when I came back to ask about it the front desk was a little rude about it. They charge a resort fee, which is described as he said when we booked the resort and also when we signed the check in which he showed me almost on my face.

we checked into the least expensive part of the village (Arbor) and still found it beautiful, clean, and with a nice pool area ... we had dinner on the lawn in front of the castle and breakfast the next day on the terrace ... all and all a very enjoyable weekend and we'll certainly be back soon

The rooms could use some updating. We stayed in arbor and the smell on the bottom floor was very musty and moist. The property itself was beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend staying on floor level.

Overall a good spot to stay for all the amenities and quiet . The outdoor pools are nice and there is shuttle service throughout the property when you call for one. Customer service was a bit lacking, I would get conflicting information on access to certain amenities and it was a 50/50 chance when you call front desk or any service that they would pick up. The two restaurants on site are good and worth eating at and the staff at the restaurants are great.

I stayed at The Arbors. The room smelled really bad. It seem to be from the carpet. It reeked of mold and mildew. The grounds are absolutely beautiful so I expected our room to be as well. So that was quite a disappointment because that was not the case at all. I have read other peoples reviews about feeling like second class citizens and now I understand why and what they meant. It’s nice you offer a shuttle service but it’s pretty crappy that we didn’t have private beach access… guess if you’re staying at The Arbors you’re not worthy enough. I did enjoy the pool. Everything is pretty spread out and still have to drive to certain things which put a damper on things. I do feel like I could have spent the same amount or less even and got more bang for my buck AND not feel like a second class citizen because I didn’t stay in the Almighty Mansion .

Lovely resort. We really enjoyed our stay. Professional staff. Delicious food at the Ocean Terrace restaurant. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the private beach. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back next year!

This is the place to stay on the Cape if you have a family! You can play tennis and hang on the beach and park for free. Great service and super nice apt! Everything waa clean and very fresh. Highly recommend this place.

I do not like that at 11am every day they turn off the TV to remove passwords, etc. The TV's were not working for 1/2 hour and channels never came back. It is interruptive and annoying and I had to call for a service to reset. Outdated technology!

The common area of our place isnt air conditioned. The rooms were cute. Dishwasher had standing water in it that smelled. Only to learn that it was broken as well. They replaced it quickly. One of the air conditioners was obnoxiously loud.
