Schönes Hotel

Sehr schöne, große und saubere Zimmer.

Leider gab es kein Platz mehr für 3 Personen um etwas zu Abend zu Essen im Hotel. War etwas ärgerlich nochmal los laufen zu müssen da wir nur einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt haben und das Hotel aufgrund seines Restaurants gewählt hatten...

Sehr gutes Hotel - jederzeit wieder.

Parkplatz war sehr gut - unser Fahrzeug hatte 6 Meter. Frühstück alles gut. Es war sehr ruhig und die Bar hatte bestes Bier. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ottimo parcheggio sotterraneo. Camera e bagno ok. Discreta vista sulle vigne, Colazione nella norma.

Nessun appunto particolare. Ma chi viene a Bolzano per turismo deve sapere che non è un hotel centrale.

Hotel in ruhiger Lage ca. 2 km Laufnähe zur Innenstadt

Sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-In und auch bei der Abreise. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel. Ruhige Lage.

Zimmer relativ klein. Frühstück ok, aber schon besser erlebt bei einem Zimmer für 200,- Euro. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich nicht.

Frühstück war okay

Sauberkeit im Zimmer: vom Vorgänger waren noch Glassplitter auf dem Boden und Spuren von Gläsern auf den Möbeln

Ganske fint værelse!!! Rigtig fint hotel.

Top flabet receptionist! Jeg skulle forklare ham hvad jeg havde booket da han ikke gad gå hen til sin computer for at taste mit reservationsnummer ind. (3 meter fra ham) Grinede i arrogance og ville kun tale tysk!

The hotel is older at first glance, but the rooms have been upgraded. The room including the bath was nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking slots. Dog friendly.

Great stay i would definitely come back

Staff were friendly, owner was very helpful its the first time that i felt like home in a hotel ! Everything was good about this stay , i would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody

The location is far from Bolzano center, so you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the restaurant and bar area.

Good hotel to stay for one night or for a few days.

The room was very nice and spacey. Location is not great (a bit far from city center), but still quite good, and calm.

For breakfast they didn't have enough cups and tea, so we ended up without having tea :( Even for cappuccino the cups were insufficient.

Friendly and helpful reception.

Sometimes noisy construction next door. Parking difficult to access. Rooms are quite small. We were in an 'accessible room' as my wife is in a wheelchair, but moving the wheelchair around the bed was a challenge.

Guests were nice who we talked to. Overall not impressed .

Fire doors top of main stairs and along corridors are wedged open, thus the safety function of the doors in the event of a fire is lost. So I ask myself does the fire alarm system work etc etc. Would not stop here again. For breakfast I wanted a tray to carry my items of food to my table but the staff would not let me have one. so had to carry items one by one, bloody stupid.

We felt welcomed in the hotel. Had a spacious rum, very clean with balcony. Advantage: parking in the property

I think the price was higher than I would expect. Also the decoration of the reception and restaurant is a bit old-fashioned.

Very good

Good location in Bolzano. I only stayed one night but Management were happy to leave my car there in the morning so I was able to walk into the city centre so visit the Iceman Museum and explore some of the old town. After driving a few hours to get there it was also ice to spend some time sitting on the balcony and chill in the evening. Easy to get to from the Brenner pass & autobahn

The location is not great if you do not have a car. It's a long walk from the train station or back into town.

disappointing. we couldn't get out of there quick enough

staff were friendly and polite. easy to get a room.

staff friendly but the hotel is old and tired. The room was too hot and stuffy, and opening the windows when it is freezing outside is not possible. Nylon sheets on the beds, tired, worn decor, grimy bathroom, dark corridors, and at €200/night for 1 room quite expensive. Nylon sheets! They went out with the 70's!
