I picked this hotel because breakfast was included. However, once I was checking in, they informed me that I had to pay extra for the kids breakfast.

The room was spacious but you can hear everything. I was right by the elevator so would also hear every time the elevator came up or down. Took them a day to come fix the fan after several calls. But was in a good area over all.

This hotel is amazing, its like old fashion Hacienda, its a different experience!! Its located in downtown and everything is within few minutes walking, the view at night is amazing.

The bed was firm, the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of sliced fruits but the hot selections were absent of protein and high in carbs. For US$40 I got a comfortable room for 4 NOT overlooking the atrium.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before, but this one was disappointing. The elevator doesn’t work properly and the time that you need to wait for it it’s too much. The heater on the rooms wasn’t working which was awful, considering that the weather was between -1 to 4 Celsius grades at dawn. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and soap but no Kleenex, it was never replaced.

The staff is amazing, very courteous and helpful. When ever we needed things such as extra towels, they were sent pretty fast. The hotel is on the older side, but it’s always clean, the rooms could use a small fridge and microwave. It does have air conditioning and heater. It’s conveniently located with in walking distance of local markets, churches and historical sites. On site, secured parking. Overall an amazing place to stay.

This hotel is all about location and price. It has a good breakfast buffet and the waiters are nice, prompt and friendly. However, since we stayed for 3 days in December, it was VERY cold in our rooms (esp at night) and no heaters in the rooms. Also the wifi never worked. We had no service inside the hotel (we all had telcel phones). The people who work there are friendly and nice.

Really nice layout with a large covered centre courtyard, lots of seating and a small cafe. Underground secure parking. Fabulous location- walk to everything, yet easy to get out of downtown core early in morning back on highways. Would strongly recommend

The hotel staff were always friendly and courteous. I would recommend the hotel administration, investing in new towels and bed clothes. Even though they were clean, we did not feel really comfortable using frayed towels.

Simply the worst hotel I have ever been to. Terrible beds, extremely noisy, bad linen, bad towels, no black out curtains, ill-prepared people at the reception. The breakfast is as bad as the rest. I changed tô another hotel the second day! Will never come back.

AMAZING. I can't rave enough about location of hotel, service, staff, delicious complimentary breakfast. Everything is perfect about this hotel. I stayed 2 nights, left to another city and came back to Mezon. I will definitely love to come back to visit.
