It was located at a great location. Clean, comfortable and quiet room!!

Perfect location in south lake tahoe, we where literally next door to all the places we love in tahoe. The sauna gym and steam room where great. The outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzis are well kept and very clean. Also the employees where very nice.

Very pleasant stay during Thanksgiving week. The single bedroom condo (upto 3 beds) is large enough for my entire family. We like all the amenities including daily yoga sessions, smoothies, laundry, complimentary valet and many others. The condo village is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Extremely convenient and safe. The Gondola right by the village took us to the mountain top, where we had a wonderful time playing with snow; just that the Gondola tickets unlike the condo stay’s cost is very pricy. Btw, the valet team is primpt on every retrieval request.

Wonderful property Room was great To far from the elevator

It is very convenient to walk to restaurants. I wish the gondolas was running the time we went. I wish the parking lot wasnt under construction too.

Great, comfortable stay.

The villas are nice and spacious. It accommodated our family of 8. Loved that it is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and casinos, and especially the beautiful lake. Staff was courteous and accommodating. The heated pool was a bonus. Overall, enjoyed our weekend stay!

Room had a lot of space

Excellent area lots of shopping, restaurants and activities for kids. The weather was a factor however we were able to enjoy the amenities. Cozy place.

Hands down one of the best if not the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The property was clean and the staff was amazing! I could not say enough nice things about how nice and helpful the staff was. If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. It’s walkable distance to a beautiful hike as well as all the shops and dining. Will definitely be a go to when visiting Lake Tahoe.

Room was located under large HVAC unit. Room was very noisy and hard to sleep in. Unhappy with the room provided Based on noise.

The only thing I wish they had a restaurant on the property.

I made a reservation on Expedia 30 minutes before we tried to check in. I had the Expedia confirmation number. It was not a confirmation number Marriott recognized. I called the Expedia telephone number, and eventually got to a human from the Philippines after 5 minutes or so. That person said we had a reservation, and would send the info to Marriott. Marriott received no reservation for about 45 more minutes. This was stressful, the Marriott people said don’t use 3rd party companies, they are difficult to work with. Also they had to call the owner of the property (???) to get approval. Not a good experience for one night at $340.

Return stay after many years and surprisingly disappointed. This property is pretty warn out. Our balciny door was broken, street noise was very loud, toipet seat was completely broken off and hanging,. Everything is dates, worn and in need of a facelift. Employees were very friendly.

Fabulous place to stay in South Lake Tahoe with nice amenities such as valet parking, fitness, spa, huge pool area with games. Also, extremely convenient and easy walks to all of the surrounding restaurants, shops, gondola rides, casinos, etc. The staff are so friendly and helpful at the front desk and communication is fabulous via text. Everything we needed was in our condo. Would stay here again.

Our room was quite comfortable, we loved it.

Gondola, shops, dining, gorgeous views, staff. Everything was perfect. Rooms are huge and the kirchen is awesome.

The property is nice but we had issues from the moment we tried to check in. Room was not ready at 4pm. I had to inquire multiple times until the front desk was able to find us a room (at first she indicated it may be another 30 min!). The first room was great until we noticed water flooding the front entry. It appeared that the fridge was leaking. They offered to send maintenance but we opted for another room. Second room was fine until we noticed a very distinct curry smell. Turning the air on helped a little bit it was clear it was gear to stay. No other room was available and they offered to have housekeeping check. It was so late I told them to come back in the morning. The next day they tried air fresheners and an ionic neutralizer and it barely masked the stench. Someone from housekeeping even verified “this is horrendous”. We were only there two nights and while we made the best of our time there (we still had fun!) - the room situation was awful to say the least. There were a few folks who were nice who tried to assist but little could be done to remedy the situation.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. Everything from hotel interiors and rooms were par excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of heavenly village with the Gondola immediately as you step out of the hotel.
