The property is well located. Staff is cordial and helpful. Nice and spacious rooms. Includes breakfast. Check out is at 1:00 pm.

The lobby was closed when i get to the hotel at 1 am . Nobody open the door until 1am to 5 am. I sleep in the car . Unbelievable. The worst experience in my life.

There was a problem with the ac where it went off a couple of times during the night and I had to get up and turn it back on. Had a very bad night's sleep due to that issue.

Room was comfortable as well as the bed. A bit noisy mainly because is a half a block from one of the main avenues. Guest could use a complementary bottle of water which was only provided the first day. Be aware of taxes and hospitality charges, the price quoted at hotels.com are not exactly not even close to what the real charges were.

4 nights stay for BZ Trip. Aged Hotel. Need to be better maintained (3stars out of 5). Very kind staffs(4stars out of 5). Good location to go anywhere. Nice restaurants near by.

Lovely clean hotel but I am most impressed with how kind friendly and helpful all the staff here have been. My husband is seriously ill in a nearby hospital and I am here alone.I am overwhelmed with the kindness of these wonderful Dominican people who continue to provide support and practical help. I was here for 5 days, and it was nice place to stay at. The breakfast are very nice, and so is the chef, also to note the maintenance who help got my car when it was raining heavy and i was in my suit for a wedding thanks. The room look nice like advertised thumbs up. Only issues I ran into was the AC not working but the maintenance man fix it quickly, and the hotel is near a Porsche dealership they tend to make some mechanical noises if your room is located at the back side of the hotel, but it didn't bother me, to some it could.

The staff is very friendly they accomodated me in what I needed. I love that Florida is very adamant about keeping a quiet place for it guess, I was able to ger a good night rest. They are close to everthing, the supermarket La Sirena and Bravo. I will stay at Florida evertime I go back to DR. I loved it.

Very clean and fully equiped kitchen. This is a nice and secured neighborhood with good italian and spanish restaurants walking distance. You also have a small store where you can buy liquor and things steps away. The space is big enough and bed is very comfy. Staff is nice. Will return.

Me and family loves coming to plaza florida. We are Dominicans and we normally go to run errands and when my own place is not ready, this is one of the spots I feel comfortable and welcomed. They have amazing service and the people who works here are extremely friendly and helpful. Specially Isidro. He is the most amazing and so well educated. My dad loves him.
