Things I didn't like were that the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold and back every 5 seconds. The water also smelled weird when you first turn it on. I was only given one towel for 2 guests, and there was only one thin bedsheet and not blanket. The AC didn't really cool the room down.

Do not stay at this hotel, when my husband and I got there, the reception desk informed us that the air conditioning in our room was not properly working, we asked if there was another room available and only one of the light bulbs in that other room turned on, however, the AC did not turned at all. They gave us another room and while I was taking a bath, a hotel staff knocked on our door saying they made a mistake by giving us that room and that we needed to get out of it because its guests have arrived in the hotel. Expedia tried to contacted the hotel and they either did not pick up the call or just said there was no one that speaks English, Expedia also tried to contact the owner and he never responded. We have to leave to a different hotel almost at 10pm . They never apologized for their horrible treatment, in general it was a terrible experience!

Room smells like smoke. AC smells moldy. There's no hot water. The "continental breakfast" is a sandwich and a cup of juice. The area around the hotel is suspicious at best. Witnessed at least three drug deals in a 10 minute window at night, and two the next morning. We chose this as it was closest to the resort we would be staying the next day, but if I had to choose again, I'd just pay the extra day at the Resort. Would not recommend.

That hotel is very clean, and I really like it. People in the reception are very nice and speak some English which facilitate me to communicate much better with them. They serve you breakfast every morning as promised and both the lady who're serving are really great at serving. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone going there.

I came after the reopening but before the airports started bringing tourists internationally. Hotel had 2-3 rooms occupied including mine. We were quite spoiled by the staff who didn't have much else to do.

As we arrive to check in, we noticed the front desk clerk sleeping on a lounge chair; as he helped us do check in he let us know that they didn’t have enough room. He sent some man to check a room upon returning the man said that the room had people inside later gave us another room that when we checked in to didn’t have blanket or up to standard. We just ended up sleeping the night and left the next day.

Ladie in lobby was nice and friendly, room was clean and relaxing, staff are very helpful and nice, the environment was calm and relax, I found everything well according the price, I really recommend this one, I don’t mention the breakfast cause I skip this but people say is good too!

The hotel was great. It’s in the heart of the city so it’s crowded with a lot of traffic but it’s of walking distance to so many places it’s worth it. Will definitely stay there again.
