Buenas instalaciones, mala habitación

Las instalaciones

La habitación, para escribir tienes que utilizar la masa y silla de la terraza, porque en la habitación no hay, tampoco tiene ducha, es bañera. En general la habitación puede mejorar bastante.

Maravillosa estancia!!

Ubicación fantástica en Islantilla, primera línea de playa y junto al centro comercial. Habitación amplia con cama super grande y cómoda, y mejores vistas a piscina y Atlántico. Desayuno completo con variedad y calidad. Parking espacioso con acceso directo a plantas de habitaciones. Destacar el trato acogedor desde la llegada al hotel (incluso a nuestra mascota)y el extraordinario grupo humano de trabajadores que hacen que repitas en la elección de este hotel. Limpieza de habitación y zonas comunes impecable.

Se podría mejorar el zumo en el desayuno.

Nähe zum Strand, sehr großzügiger Flur und außen Bereich, super nettes Personal

Das Zimmer etwas zu eng für drei Personen aber hat nicht gestoert, da wir uns nur draußen und in der Bar aufgehalten haben und indoor Pool etwas zu klein. Zum plantschen mit Kids toll aber nicht zum schwimmen

Desde el hotel tiene acceso directo a la playa y hay un pequeño centro comercial donde se puede comer o cenar muy bien.

Las vistas desde la habitación no eran buenas. Un día no hicieron la habitación aunque es normal porque había alta ocupación cuando fuimos. El comedor se abarrota cuando hay mucha gente y los horarios que nos ofrecieron para desayuno y cena no fueron los mejores.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, brilliant facilities for those with mobility or other restrictions

All staff were so welcoming and helpful

Unfortunately my daughter and her family could not buy a pass to join us in the pool for a day. My husband has not been well and is no longer confident to swim alone and this would have been a chance for him to swim with our grandchildren.

Excelkrnt hotel 4 stars, missed opportunity for 5 stars due to dog limitation for no sensible reason

Reception staff were excellent, room spotless and very good quality. Booked hotel as advertised dog friendly, provided nice unexpected dog welcome pack, bed and water, food bowls. Unfortunately the dog friendly element ended there. Our dog was only allowed to walk go and from room. Despite a large open space around the pool, dog was allowed to walk through to access beach but not stop ??? Hotel had large area around pool bar with numerous outside tables, dog not allowed. Hotel provided what looked like excellent breakfast, dinner service, again despite outside tables dog not allowed. Adjacent to hotel and beach was large shop and restaurant complex, dogs allowed inside all restaurants meaning we ate there for the whole stay. The hotel is clearly missing out on an opportunity to make full use if its facilities.

We’ll be back for sure. We loved all of it, thank you to the wonderful staff.

loved the location, the pools, the extremely nice and helpful staff, the meals and the child activities.

Didn’t find much to dislike. The room wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, however, it was cleaned every day while we stayed there. Also, the staff at the spa wasn’t very nice, unlike the rest of the hotel staff.

Very nice beds! Big rooms. Very big breakfast with everything you could want.

Buildings are too big and lots of empty hallways. No a la carte restaurant and no comfortable bar area.

Family friendly beach front hotel with super tasty restaurants around

Super outdoor space and a indoor swimming pool to enjoy on this april windy afternoons. The kids space was also a very good experience.

I tried to eat the vegetarian paella at the pool bar twice and couldn’t book it. The staff contradicted themselves about the reservations and we didn’t get to eat it.

The breakfast was not to our liking. The eggs were lukewarm and hard to find jam.
