Received extremely poor customer service by the FOH staff (Yvette & Dana) shortly after checking in. Walked into our room to find the couch broken and in an unusable state and the room only partly cleaned. Yvette & Dana were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. The BOH head cleaner (Bec) was extremely helpful and a great problem solver. She had us in our new room about an hour and a half after checking in. This was our 3rd time staying at the Retreat and couldn't believe how unhelpful the FOH staff were. Wasted 90 precious minutes until Bec was able to get us in a room that was fit for purpose. Very disappointing way to start our vacation. Upon checkout 2 days later, the FOH staff on this occasion was the very experienced Peter, who was actually working his last day at the Retreat. He was great, apologetic and had the empathy to understand why we were upset and disappointed at the state of the room, and more importantly, as to why we were upset at the treatment that we received from the FOH staff Yvette and Dana.

Excellent well appointed accommodation in a quiet location close to Margaret River and Busselton. Full kitchen, lovely bathroom with spa, comfortable bed, and chromecast for streaming. Would recommend and stay again.

Eight Willows Retreat offers beautifully maintained grounds, friendly and helpful staff, a lovely location for couples or families. We enjoyed our stay!

Me and my partner absolutely loved it here that we even decided to stay an extra night. So sad we have to head back home! The scenery is completely beautiful and it’s close to lots of fun places, we went to the Amaze’n and played mini golf and had fun exploring Busselton had a yummy meal at the settlers tavern enjoyed some delicious burgers from baby burger and visited adorable farm animals at country life farm. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10 - would recommend!

Stayed 3 nights for a birthday treat & for a break after having a knee replacement. It was peaceful, tranquil & just what the doctor ordered! Close to everything. Staff where fantastic check-in was easy & Taylor was awesome! Had a problem with the dvd & it was replaced immediately couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. I have already promoted the resort to friends & family. I will be booking next year but for longer hopfully!!!🤗

Everything was perfect, except a noisy refridgerator and thr channels dont work most of the time(but you dont really go there to watch tv, so it didnt matter). The chalets are beautiful, well laid out and clean. Complimentary tea and coffee is always good too :)

Excellent location close to wineries. The chalet looked brand new with a comfortable king size bed, sofa bed, jet bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and gas barbecue on the veranda. They even provided kitchen towels, cling wrap and aluminum foil. My wife especially enjoyed using the Miele washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Our chalet overlooked a winery and the view was just beautiful. A kangaroo even stopped by when I was barberqueing dinner.

The moment you enter the driveway you can feel any stress drift away as the beautiful grounds welcome you. The accommodation is top quality, well laid out, plenty of room and all amenities you need. We wish we booked a longer stay here and if we’re ever back in the region we’ll definitely be staying here again.

A great home away from home. All the amenities were high quality, the chalet was clean and tidy with everything you could need. We loved using the bbq and sitting outside facing the lake. 5 stars and highly recommended

Quiet secluded chalets spread across many acres of native forests bordered two sides by national park. Excellent amenities in chalet including jacuzzi freestanding bath, full kitchen, private patio with a view of the adjacent vineyard, etc.

This property is absolutely stunning and the staff could not have been more helpful or kind. We had a wonderful stay here in an area that felt secluded while still within a short drive of a lot spots. Would definitely recommend!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Eight Willows (formally Willy Bay). The villa's are very clean, well set up and feel like a home away from home. This last visit we even had a breakfast basket included in our stay full of amazing local produce (eggs, bacon, fruits, fresh bread, yogurts, juices etc) - was great to be able to have a lazy morning in and look after our own breakfast rather than rushing out to a cafe/restaurant. If you're visit to the Margaret River region is to visit the winery's and brewery's this location is smack bang in the middle of the lot! We will be back.

They provided a wifi coupon that they knew would not work. No point in complaining because the female receptionist does not listen to you.
