The place was terrible, spent 10.00 on food on the web site and the food coupons were free! The food was terrible in the morning. Potatoes were cold inside and warm outside eggs were done wrong! The coffee was cold , and the waiter kept interrupting people

It was a great location We spent 3 days and only got 3 towels There was never any one at the front desk, especially when we needed them The restaurant was over priced and the bar tender was grumpy

We were put in a room that was close to the elevator, and you could hear every single thing happening throughout the night. Walls are paper thin if you’re located on the floor that has a room above you, you will hear every single thing the person is doing above you. Breakfast is very limited and feels like what I would imagine prison food might taste like. Just save your money and go somewhere after you leave the hotel. Location of the hotels nothing or at home about it among a sea of other hotels. I would advise you to pick something else as this place is not up to the standards of a mid-level hotel.

Just a quick stopover on the way home. Very familiar with Bismarck area and found this to be easy to find. Staff at check-in were bored/distracted?? No description of breakfast or restaurant. Left 2 times for food etc and both times there were staff members in front of the property smoking, easily within 25 feet of the entrance.

Not sure why this hotel has such good rating. We waiting at the check in counter for over 15 minutes before anyone came to the front. The man that checked us in was nice enough. Got to our hotel room with my kiddos who had to use the bathroom right away. There was long dark hair everywhere, On the floor, in the bath tub, on the shower curtain. The bathroom floor itself was sticky. Comforter on the bed had stains on it and there was garbage from the previous occupants left under bed. Po was dirt as well. Definitely hope we never have to stay here again. For a $270 a night room it was definitely disappointing.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the hotel. We didn’t really use any of the amenities but the hotel was clean, had a nice refrigerator, bed was a little soft but still comfortable I thought. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly and helpful. The only negative was the guys working at the restaurant/bar. Just plain rude, snippy, lazy, and acted like they don’t want you there. They let us bring our drinks up to the room thankfully, because we didn’t want to be around them any longer than necessary. The restaurant didn’t even have the buffet out Saturday morning like it was advertised. Everything was great at the hotel except the restaurant.

The room service is lacking, front desk person day of check in was very rude. We had door issues and we were told corporate would need to approve for new mechanism that cost $300 plus and that if we got locked in or out of the room we could just call and they would get us out… that sounds like a safety hazard! No conditioner or lotion in dispensers in bathroom. Do better… Covid is over!

A fine place to stay in Bismarck. I was surprised that Fox News was on and blaring rather loudly in the lobby. I would recommend that a business opts for a more neutral TV station (CNN?--local news channel?); or perhaps HGTV.

The room was out of kleenex the bathroom was out of shampoo and body wash, it smelled like urine beds were very uncomfortable. They wanted 13 dollars for a buffet breakfast that is offered for free at most competing motels. As you tell we will not be using this motel again

Breakfast was 12.99 food was not good. It was same food normally get free…..definitely not worth the price! No choices in food just the usual fake scrambled eggs, sausage link, hard potatoes squares. Would have been better to go one block away to Perkins which would have been cheaper! The room was very nice though.
