We had and amazing stay at Cleveland Estate. The place is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best time. Special thanks to Kate who upgraded our small single room to a family room last minute. đđđ

I can not rate my stay highly enough. I was treated like a VIP and no request was a difficulty. It is an absolutely stunning location and the amenities are first class. The service particularly was first class, especially from Kate, what a gem.

We stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night for an anniversary celebration. The location was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was more like an upscale bed and breakfast than a luxury hotel (as the Lancemore chain market it). The rooms are in need of updating (i.e., bathrooms, wardrobes, paint, etc. are all looking very worse for wear).
The bar area is lovely and has a wonderful view. However, the restaurant was disappointing. It had a completely different menu to when we booked online. The previous menu listed a gourmet selection of dishes, which is why we booked it for our anniversary dinner. Instead, the menu we were presented had a selection of three main sharing dishes and limited sides.The food was very average and the overall dining experience was disappointing. The breakfast was a buffet, which was simple but nice.
The first night we were there was blissfully quiet; however, the second night was unacceptably noisy. Other guests had decided to have drinks by the fire pit right outside the main guest rooms. The noise from these guests continued well past midnight. The hotel needs to remind guests to be mindful of the noise (considering the fire pit is right next to most of the rooms) or close the fire pits at 10pm.
Although this hotel has a beautiful scenic setting and exceptional staff, it was a disappointing stay.

My stay here was average for a winery stay. Bedding and towels could be improved as well as breakfast. Walls in the rooms are very thin so you can hear guests coming in and out of their room and guests above you walking.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and were really looking forward to a weekend away however when we checked into our room and looked around the property we went back to our room and opened the door to find another couple in the room. We had been double booked and it was such a disappointing awkward experience. However following that were downgraded to a smaller room because it was ready and clean which was located near the pool room. When we entered there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Due to the rooms proximity to the pool room which had no restrictions, there were hotel guests playing music and pool all through the night that we could hear through the paper thin walls. When we finally called to complain after 1am we were met with a rude staff member who upon the second call acted like she didnât know what we talking about and on the third call just responded with âokayâ. My husband had to tell the hotel guests in the pool room to leave because we couldnât get any sleep. When I went to pass on feedback at checkout I felt rushed and not heard so they could check the rest of the hotel guests out. I wouldnât stay here again but it was a beautiful property.

Was a beautiful property locely roomas ans fantastic groups. Enjoy a drink in the bar lovely dinner and a wine tastinf. Wouls highly recommend for girls trip or couplea get away.

Lovely propert with lots of l places to walk around and explore. Stunning views. The rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent service and bonus hot tub and fire pits to create the most perfect weekend getaway!

There was so many bugs in our room that I had a lot of trouble sleeping, they were everywhere and crawling all over us. The restaurant bathroom were also covered in these bugs at breakfast time, all over the toilet paper, seats and floor. They were also inside the restaurant at breakfast time.

Everything was comfortable and clean. Just at night when sleeping it can be noisy in the room. We had our heating off but it sounded like a wind tunnel or other heating? I wear ear buds so itâs not a problem but a light sleeper might not get much sleep. I would still come back

The property itself is amazing, with beautifully maintained gardens & comfortable, clean rooms.
But where it excels is in it's staff. From check-in, to throughout our stay, they went above and beyond!
There was 6 of us staying here and all had exactly the same experience.
We also ate several meals at the property & the food was very enjoyable, as were the wines.
Totally enjoyed our stay & will visit again.

Website descriptions didnât match reality.
We were placed in a suite in a new area which had just been renovated...
Unfortunately it was not actually finished - no bar fridge, no sofa, no side table, phone or space for coffee / drink facilities.
Room was booked for 3 people and identified as having capacity for 4, however one king bed was provided.
No bath as indicated on website and bathroom wasnât completely finished.
Reception offered to relocate to another area and room but still not with all advertised facilities so decided it was less hassle to stay in original room.
A rollaway bed was brought in.
Bed was comfy.
Location and view from window was nice.
Very hot rooms with tin roof and little ventilation.
Had pretty much the whole new wing to ourselves which was good.
Wine tasting was a little disappointing - $15 pp for 5 less than generous splashes and staff were less than engaging / not willing to have a proper conversation about the wine.

We stayed there for a wedding which was on site, every thing was great, comfort convenience a lovely environment. Food was excellent, staff were wonderful & friendly, lovely & quiet, our room was large & comfortable.

Cleanliness was great. We had trouble with our reverse cycle aircon it was noisy even though it wasnât on. Sounded like the refrigeration was always working so unfortunately we had a very bad sleep. We did report it the next day so hopefully it was dealt with appropriately so the next people staying in that unit have a restful night. The surrounds and ambience are lovely.

Could not fault the wonderful hospitality of all the staff we met. Under ground cellar wine tasting very informative and great wines to enjoy. The food presentation was as great as the flavours. Lovely surprise to get a complementary glass of wine to toast my husbands birthday.
