Overall we had a great stay in the 2 bedroom villa! Loved the space, cleanliness and balcony. Esther and the rest of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Amazing breakfast and we also ate several other great meals in their restaurant. Fantastic space! This is a lively location with many enthusiastic divers in the front. There is a quiet pool for hotel guests in the back. Noise settled down around 10:30-11:00 each night. It was nice to be in the action indirectly but above it on the balcony. AC worked great. One knock is that I only had a hot shower once, otherwise it was barely warm. As others have said, there is a mosque right next door which wakes you up at 5 am, but that’s Gili and not something the hotel can control. Would recommend this place for those who know what they’re getting. Not suitable for someone looking for peace and quiet. Thanks for a great stay and for all your help!

Arrived a smooth checkin , The room was spotless with everything I needed , I loved the courtyard , very private , I felt really safe . Close to everything . The breakfast was great , a choice of everything . I loved the banana pancakes. , coffee , juice and fresh fruit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trawangan Dive Resort during my vacation in Gili Trawangan, and I cannot rave enough about this incredible place. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. One of the first things I noticed about the resort was how clean and well-maintained it is. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring the island. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day, ensuring that everything was neat and tidy. The highlight of my stay was definitely the dive center attached to the resort. The staff there were not only knowledgeable and professional but also very passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident and safe during my dives. The dive sites around Gili Trawangan are simply stunning, and thanks to the expertise of the instructors, I had some truly unforgettable experiences underwater. What sets Trawangan Dive Resort apart, though, is the overall atmosphere of happiness and positivity that pervades the place. Every member of the staff seems genuinely happy to be there, which creates a contagiously joyful vibe throughout the resort. The smiles and laughter of both the employees and guests are truly infectious, making it impossible not to feel content and relaxed during your stay. Out of all the properties on Gili Trawangan Island I considered Trawangan Dive to be one of the best. Excellent service and helpful staff, beautiful breakfast buffet with freshly made pancakes and eggs made for you on the spot, clean and comfortable rooms. The diving facilities next door was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to Gili Trawangan.

My stay was great. The only reason I did not give it a higher rating was because they could improve on the maintenance of the rooms. The room we were in seemed as though no one had stayed in it for a while. The curtains were really dust with spiders all over it and one of the hinges to unlock one side of the double door was broken. We reported this to the front desk and they had someone come out and fix everything immediately (they had to saw a piece of the hinge off). But the staff were sooo great and they fixed everything so quickly that it was completely fine and not a deal breaker at all. If you are staying there I suggest just sending them a message ahead of time and requesting to have the room cleaned extra thoroughly before you arrive, in case the room hasn’t been used in a while. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay again. The location was great, walking distance from where the boat docks and right on the beach. The shower was very hot. The facility is nice for the most part. Breakfast was great (buffet style). Friendly and supportive staff are really what make this place worth staying at.

From the outside it looks like more of a diving stand but there’s actually an amazing hotel behind the shop front! The rooms were air conditioned great and we’re very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfy and we also got in room massages which made me almost fall asleep. Highly recommend! Their restaurant food was amazing also!

Very friendly and helpful staff and the property was kept very clean. Even the shared/public washrooms next to the pool were always clean whenever I had to sneak out of the pool bar. The included breakfast was substantial. I highly recommend diving here even if you are not staying, the instructors are very patient and thorough and overall it was a phenomenal first diving experience - not once did it feel unsafe. Highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful in helping us get from Bali to Gili T and back. Since there were no fastboats available due to rough seas. The hotel itself was perfect. Nicely located on the strip with a 20 m walk from the ocean. Breakfast was decent. Not very fancy but there was something for everyone. We also took a diving course and having never doven before it is amazing how much they can teach you in one day. We did our dive at turtle bay and saw the most beautiful undetwater seceneries one can imagine! Thank you TrawanganDive for a great mini holiday!

Its a good place BUT it would be wrong not to mention my attempt at sleep. Ive travelled to many Asian countries and slept in all standards of hotels and in peoples homes, so Im used to much firmer beds than is usual in Australia. But I have never, ever attempted to sleep on a bed as hard as at Trawangan Dive. I even tried sleeping on the pillows on top of the bed and finally gave up and slept outside on their more comfortable seating. Of course the aircon didnt work out there but hey, at least I got a couple of hours sleep

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and would go out of their way to help. Only have 3 minor negatives, wifi in the rooms was non existent, had to keep going to reception, the beds were on the hard side and the water pressure not that good. The hotel is very well set up for scuba diving so if you are interested in lounging by the pool this may not be the hotel for you.
