Extremely friendly staff. Great location. Clean. Would stay again.

Lovely studio apartment. We only stayed for one night so didn't need to use much of the very well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Although prior communication that photo ID is required to check in prior to arrival would have been appreciated as I didn't have any with me!!

Closed windows are very effective in shutting out the busy road noise, but impossible to sleep with open windows. Location is quite far from downtown, takes about 45 min.

Second successful stay at this setting .All good except air conditioning problems.We reported to reception.

Mediocre stay. The hot water kettle was unusable. Laundry machines were filthy and unfit for use. Had to switch rooms on check in, due to the sheets not being clean. (A lot of someone else’s hair inside the sheets.) Dishwasher worked well and sainsbury local was convenient.

The water kettle was brown and burnt on the inside. Unusable. The laundry machines in the basement are good machines, but not kept up to a clean standard. There was standing water in the seal of the laundry bin. Basically a dirty wash. The shower had mound spores in the ceiling. We had to change rooms because the sheets had too many hairs from another person. We weren’t sure if they were fresh sheets. Other than that it was ok. The rooms are in decent condition and the dishwasher worked well.

Awkward layout with bed in the living room area. Very loud, squeaky noise when flushing toilet.

Great value stay at the Adagio. Large, clean room with very good parking facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast options for vegetarians could have been somewhat better though

It was easy to book online and staff were solicitous.

Overall the building and rooms were nice. Could use a couple of cushions on the hard wooden chairs.Given it has a kitchenette it was poorly equipped for it. No cooking utensils, only 3 plates, glasses etc. no lids for the pots and no pans to use in the oven

Front desk people extremely helpful and responsive. Close to Kew Gardens. Power outlets didn't really work.

Upon arriving at the Aparthotel in Brentford, we were greeted by a helpful reception staff, and the on-site parking provided by the hotel was a convenient plus. However, our positive impressions quickly faded once we stepped into our room. The accommodations lacked the cozy and inviting atmosphere one would expect from a hotel. Instead, it felt more like a hostel, with a distinct lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort. The room was far from the welcoming we had hoped for, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. Compounding our disappointment was the hotel's breakfast offering, which can only be described as abysmal. The selection was poor, the portions were meager, and the food seemed far from fresh. We were informed that the eggs were kept frozen before being cooked, which explained their unappetizing taste and texture. Adding insult to injury, our daughter's glass contained floating limescale from the water dispenser, an unacceptable lapse in basic hygiene standards. The gym facilities were also a letdown, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It was clear that the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a satisfactory experience for guests was sorely lacking. While the reception staff was helpful, and the parking was a convenient amenity, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings we encountered during our stay. Never again.

Spacious room. Bus stop close. Two train stations within walking distance. Easy to get to both Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. Welcoming staff. Coin laundry on premises (includes laundry detergent in cost)

The stay was perfect!

I have stayed here many times. First stay met my expectations and more. The apartment was very clean, quiet, the kitchen well equipped and the view lovely. The polite and friendly staff of Sheena and co make checking in feel like a home coming and the place a home away from home. I will lodge elsewhere only if they are fully booked.

The hotel is well located with great transport options and staff were friendly, hotel was very clean however the breakfast wasn’t appealing as there didn’t seem to be much variety of food.

Easy to check-in, confusing directions for parking bays, not able to charge my car.

Room is big and comfortable.

The property was great BUT a month later and I am still trying to get my security deposit refund, even though I pre-paid the entire stay and they could have just taken my credit card without taking a chunk of money.

I had a pleasant stay at this property, it was an interesting layout to come into but once you figure it out it’s pretty self explanatory. The rooms were big and spacious equipped with everything they needed to have. I would stay here again once the opportunity presents!

A very large room (for London) with self-catering and all mod-cons provided. You could easily stay there for a month and feel right at home. Staff were friendly and everything worked.

Staff was very kind and helpfull. Would deff book again!

Everything was okay, distance to the underground, nice and clean room, very friendly staff, breakfast, distance to the supermarket, we were very happy with everything?

It's a bit more out of the way than most but for a nice and quiet stay it's perfect. The room had everything I needed and then some, and the staff was super helpful (shout out to Vanisha!). Another bit I love is that the lobby has snacks, coffee, and other drinks like wine as well as other little conveniences. I forgot my adaptor at home and the front desk had one available for purchase which was so perfect for my long stay in the UK ahead. Would recommend!
