The office staff went above expectations to help us make a local call to our car rental company! The rooms had coffee and water available at check in which was so nice! And their washing machine in the apt was fantastic! You do need to navigate a few stairs, but there was an elevator for 5 of 6 floors!

Nice room, confortabile bed, but with such a bad smell in the bathroom. Some Beatles come out when I got there. Directly on the street may be we can say a little bit too noisy

Apartment is spacious & comfortable for two pax. Location is near the Metro, & near the central train station. Heater in the apartment could have been warmer. Overall, a decent stay!

This apartment is well located.. near to the main train station. It was so easy to get anywhere we want from there. The bed is very comfy and the room was very clean.

I'm on a long trip so it was fantastic to have everything available on hand - washing powder, coffee, tea etc. Accommodation is not more than a ten minute walk from the main railway station, plenty of places to eat (and get a hair cut). Public transport is fantastic in Warsaw and it is all accessible in less than a ten minute walk from the apartament. I'll certainly be coming back to Warsaw and staying for longer here if available. The apartment I stayed in was on the 1st floor. The apartment is in an older style building but that really doesn't matter because of its great location. What more could I have wanted, and all at a fantastic price.

This was a nice apartment, very clean, affordable and decorated well. The staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. It was located very close to the central train station, which is also close to fun sites, shopping, and restaurants. I would love to stay here again.

Comfortable and Quiet stay in the Heart of the City, everything was within easy reach for our stay,shops, railway station, short journey to the Airport by train, the staff members upon check in were welcoming and informative, the free coffee and tea bags as well as bottles of water were a nice touch, the apartment was fully equipped for longer stays and the building and area felt very safe, clean and secure for our stay, would definitley return here again.

Friendly straff. Studio nice and had everything youd need. Just tricky to walk from Tarzy Zlote to apartment. Supermarket, cafe, restaurants just below.Bath was very small, but I am 64. Very clean though.

Nice stay. Big room. Fully equipped kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. There were a few broken towel-hangers in the bathroom but otherwisw good shape.The Hotel is around the corner from a major cross-town avenue with lots of traffic and trolleys – lots of noise, in other words – but the tropple glass windows kept the noise out.

I would highly recommend staying here! Its in the heart of Warsaw city center. Once you get the hang of the underground youre only minutes walk away from the shopping center, bus, train and tram stops. We stayed to go to a concert in Narodowy Staduim which was only 5 tram stops away.The apartment we stayed in was clean, super comfortable bed, separate sitting room, balcony with amazing city views, full kitchen, complementary tea/coffee with a proper coffee machine! This ment a lot to us! And also very safe, the system to get into the building was very secure and defiantly put my mind at ease straight away. There was nothing else we could have asked for.And last but not least the staff were so helpful and kind. We arrived after midnight from our flight which was delayed, the girl who greeted us was so friendly and showed us around to make sure we were satisfied before she left us. You just give them a call if you need anything and it is brought straight to you. Sorry if we drank all your coffee! :) We will defiantly stay here again when we come back to Warsaw and I will be recommending these apartments to everyone. It was much better than staying in a hotel room by a long shot!

Unfortunately the water was turned off from 9am-1pm of my stay. It was done by the city and unavoidable, but took a little away from the pleasure of the stay.

I like the location of the hotel which is close to the central station. Although there was construction underground, we were given a map on how to reach the hotel using the street level. We stored our bigger pieces of luggage at the left luggage locker for 16 PLN so that we only have carryons to Bring to the hotel. The room was spacious and modern. It is quite noisy outside so you would need to close the windows. For the price we paid, this is a great budget hotel.

Great and clean apartment. Much more spacious than expected. Fully equipped, pod coffee machine, range of teas, water, instant coffee, linen, towels, soap, moisturiser. Comfy beds. Has a lift. 10 min walk to main bus and train station, also to the galleria. Need to take the underground tunnel though. 20 min walk to old town. Would defintely stay here again.

It is not as easy as expected to reach the apartment from the train station. We had to walk up and down different staircases with a large heavy luggage. There was a 24 hr reception. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. When we arrived, there was a window being opened. After 2 nights stay, we found there were many house flies in the room. We contacted the reception to see if we could move to another room. But the rooms were fully booked. So, we tried our best to clean them up. And the reception also offered housekeeping in the next morning.

The room was fantastic! It was very cosy and lovely room equipped with everything you need. The location is very good. Very close to Warsaw Central Station and access to the old town and other tourist sports is great as well. More than anything, the staffs were so kind and friendly! They give you the information you need in the city and always care about you 24h during the stay. I would come back if I have a chance to visit again in the future.
