The correspondence was excellent, The location was extremely convenient to the train station (and wine tasting). And the service and breakfast were Exceptional !! The only thing that could made this better if it was on the 1st Floor ! But, we knew it was not and we were Very Happy with everything!

A lovely place, out of the noise but walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage up three floors. Breakfast was lovely and the room was fantastic.

Not a hotel in the traditional sense with a lounge, lobby, reception, bar etc. but they do what they do very well. Communications were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It's very well located, right by the station and only 5 minutes walk to the main part of the city. There's also a good collection of cafes, snack bars and shops just down from the hotel. The breakfast arrangement is a bit quirky but, again, well managed and perfectly good. Would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Sorrento.

Great location and deal. Many shops and restaurants around. Great at communicating check in information prior to arriving, and available to help us as we had some trouble initially finding the spot. However, our room smelled of humidity and some areas were dusty. Pics are a little misleading and look like an ai version of the room.

Had a great stay in Sorrento and at the hotel. Good instructions on how to access the building and room. It is unmanned and you pick up the keys yourself. Good location with good walking distance to the center, train station and harbor. Quiet building on a back street. Near instant text response when we had questions. Ordering breakfast was very easy (you order on the previous day). Delivered to the room with a knock. Nothing special but absolutely good enough!

Hotels.com should clearly state which property is a hotel and which is a B&B or other type of property. Their location and service with breakfast was great. The first issue was there are no elevators for an apartment on the 4th floor. There is a longish walk from the street with luggage to get to the building and then climbing four floors. The stairs are dark at night making it harder. The second issue that we had was the inadequate air conditioning. The machine whirred but didn’t cool. In photos there was a balcony, but our room had two windows that were shuttered close not affording any natural light.

So this is not a real hotel. It’s an apartment building where they must own the floor and turned into hotel. The location just okay but hard to find. It is the 4th floor and no elevator too so plan to carry your suitcase.

Beautiful bread and breakfast located about 3 minute walk from the train station and about a 5 minute walk from the main Piazza, our room had beautiful views, breakfast had many options, the staff was very attentive. The only con is that it is located on the 3rd floor (only stairs)

Literally minutes from the train station and centre of Sorrento. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast delivered to your room. Great facilities. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartments with no lift option which is difficult with heavy suitcases.

Everything was good. Only complain to put 3 stars is for the mattress. It was terrible, old and hollow in the middle. My back splitter in half! If they change the mattress I would give 5 stars all over the board

So close to the restaurants, shops, viewing areas, port and train station. Was a little hard to find as minimal signage. Room was lovely and breakfast very plentiful and lots of variety and choice.

The staff wereexcellent. They served breakfast to room as promised and on time. There wereplenty of choices enough to get started for a busy touring day. The only thing I would suggest is to inform guests how to turn on stair lights at night. Otherwise, you can't beat this quiet and comfy oasis for location and convenience. I highly recommend Guarricino Ristorante at Piaza Tasso for great food and warm service. It's worth an eight minute walk.

The place is conveniently located just a few minute walk from the train station. Check in was easy and convenient, as they sent me clear instructions for our stay. The room was clean and spacious for us, and also included a glass bottle of still and sparkling water which they refilled for you each day. Breakfast is served daily, but it is very minimal, but a nice feature. Our biggest complaint was the shower. It was not setup well so constantly soaked the floor. Not to mention, the hot water wouldnt last for even one short shower, which was incredibly frustrating.

It was a nice experience with a lovely room, the breakfast ready and delivered in room. I saw in the description that there was a complimentary bottle of wine but did not see any in the room. The hot water could be adjusted in a way that does not leave people with cold water all of the sudden.

Very nice place to stay! Easy to get there either you come by boat, bus or train and the city center is just around the corner. We were in Sorrento already in the morning, but were able to leave our luggage there. Very friendly owners! The room was very clean and cosy. Exellent breakfast was served in to the room.

This is a wonderful place. 2 minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes to a main street with a grocery store, lots of restaurants and shopping. One note: there is no elevator and the rooms are on the 4th floor (for Americans). The included breakfast was a nice treat with several options.

The place is clean and the lady Nadia is very nice. But I would never stay here again. It’s loud with paper thin walls. You can hear people next room. 4 flights of stairs up (Nadia did carry my fathers luggage for him) and limited hot water. It’s more of a budget style accommodation. It’s not an accessible place for elderly or people with mobility issues. Having said that, it is clean and the breakfast is decent for sure. From the photos it appears that you get a balcony but only 1 of the 5 rooms does. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is conveniently located, three minute walk to Sorrento train station and five minute walk to city center, restaurants, market and shopping area Room was very clean, modern, quiet with nice bathroom Nadia provided detailed instructions to location, early check in, and made very good made to order breakfast including smoked salmon She also provided helpful information with our visit and transportation needs Thoroughly enjoyed our stay since it was very reasonable and nice. Highly recommend this four story walk up accommodation

Great property ! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We experienced issues with the water being shut off in the evening throughout the night but were advised it randomly happens. I appreciated the staffs honesty! Very friendly team, would recommend. Just be mindful that the water could go off randomly late at night.
